the stove.we booked the accommodation with kitchen but was told in check in day that the stove only available when you rent the property on a monthly basis.

Facilities are good, but hopefully next time i could find some cooking tools or at least a stove that can be use by me

the price was good and the staff are polite and friendly and Kuta Kasablanca mall is within reasonable walking distance.

The kitchen was almost empty of kitchenware and had to ask for everything and was lucky if I get what I request. Housekeeping leave 4 bottles of water 600ml each for 4 people at. 3-bedroom apartment! They tell you if you need more you can buy from the supermarket down the building which is almost empty of important items such as water so had to fetch my water by taxi. Wifi is very poor and if you stay connected for 15 minutes during the day you are lucky. It is slightly better at night.

Non-smoking apartment stunk of smoke. Freezer not working. No plates, no butter knives, no cooking utensils, only one mini frypan and one pot,no dish cleaning stuff. No hot water in showers. Shower diverter in ensuite not working. No hand towels. No hand soap. Very poor tv reception. No pool towels. A lot of road noise on 16th floor and very large uncomfortable pillows made sleeping difficult. Noodles stuck to wall on arrival. Only 1 key provided which is inconvenient when someone else has the key and the kids are at the pool and need the toilet which requires the key for access.

it’s need to make washrooms better towels are very old since last 4 years I saw the same towels

budget strategic place and pretty comfort too

maybe better cleanliness on kitchen appliances because it's all greasy
