Slightly dated but overall it was good remembering to put slip up for the parking & remembering rules attached

Easy walking distance to St Vincent Hospital

Convenient to where we needed to be. Comfortable rooms. Staff were brilliant

Little bit of mould in the silicone in the shower. Needs a bit of maintenace.

A separate room helped after a medical surgery. Breakfast was GREAT. Location was fantastic for the Eye & Ear hospital.

Someone needs to learn how to drive a Manual car.

Staff were amazing, great customer service and went above and beyond to help on multiple occasions. Ideal location close to city, MCG and Brunswick/Smith Sts. Spacious rooms.

Furniture was a little dated and bed wasn't the comfiest for a 4 star hotel

staff were lovely, it was neat and tidy

furnishings were old and ready for replacement. dishwasher wasn’t working, nor was on demand movies (which would have been handy for the babysitter with the kids)

No big problems but the Fitzroy area is a bit down at heal ,not nice walking at night. Good restaurants though>

The location was excellent due to us needing to go to St Vincents Hospital, the room was a good size for three of us, it was nice to have 2 seperate bathrooms, bed was rather comfy, it was nice that there was a place on the ground floor for breakfast.

The fans in both bathrooms were not woking all that well, and the lighting in the shower area was quiet dull, also no where to put your soap or shampoo in the shower, had to put it on floor.

Excellent location, close to the CBD, but not a busy area

The room was a little dated, there is a hole in the wall where a bedside table had been removed, with a table in front of it. The mattress on the bed wasn't really comfortable. Only 2 towels for a 2 day stay, only 2 pillows on the bed.

Restaurant and warmer weather to enjoy the pool more. LOL

It's close to city as well as the E&E hospital we're visiting. Has parking available. Nice seating area downstrairs.

The room was large with separate bedroom and the bed was comfortable, overall the accommodation was clean and quiet.

The bathroom needed an upgrade.
