Great little bungalows clean and comfy..5 minute walk from.pier and 10.minutes to the main strip..lovely quiet beach..very helpful staff

A pleasant surprise! everything perfect, stuff super kind and nice, room clean and comfy, close to the pier and Main Street but located in a really quite area. definitely worth to stay!

The beach was very small and not very well kept. The property is too close to town to take a taxi, but it is a very healthy walk.

Very quiet place away from saikiew beach, nice bungalow with small beach, beach bar, about 10 mins walk to the start of the bars on the main drag if that's what you want, very helpful staff

Minor thing for me, a small road that runs in-between the bungalows and the small beach is very noisy early on,

The location of the bungalows is really bad. They are situated directly at the main road through the island heading north From the morning to late at night the traffic is noisy and stinky. sitting there at the veranda in the morning to have a breakfast is definitely no joy st all. They call it “Seaview” but from your room, you cannot see the sea at all as there is a kind of wall between the street and the seafront

A lovely little room. Right by the beach, within walking distance from the ferry pier. Clean and simple, open the doors and see the beach and the great view from my bed. Fantastic

In walking distance to the pier. Mark and his dogs are very friendly and helpful. Check in and out speedy and easy. Large spotless rooms/bungalos with all amenities. It's easy to tell the place is run by a farang. Small quiet beach with deck chairs and other relaxing places under shady trees. Bar/restaurant right there, too. Fair prices for everything incl. motorbike rental.

The not very busy road runs between the bungalos and the beach, but at night almost no traffic. It's a dead end road.

Was a nice walk from local town we enjoyed that.

Attitude from management was very bad. My wife asked the manager about cleaning our room better - the manager snapped back at my wife who is from Cambodia living in Thailand nearly 20 years- she rudely asked where my wife was from,as she sounds like her housekeeping staff. When the housekeeping came to clean room it was very late in the day- Our children who had separate room had no towel change or bed sheet change during x4 days stay. The bathroom needed a better clean and the basin plug had no cover and was visibly dirty inside - We ate in the local town as we didnt want to deal with the management- When checking out at reception i tried to explain my wife was unhappy at his wifes attitude and to keep an eye on the condition of their rooms and housekeeping. The hand gel push tops at the reception were both dirty looking and we fell put over this - with reception manager / English - calling me a mug for pointing this out.

Minnie Seaview is a perfect getaway for a relaxing time away from it all. Very peaceful. Great hosts and a family atmosphere if you have children too. Lovely rooms. Lovely beach to use with a relaxed atmosphere and comfy lounging seats. Sweet swings to use to your Instagram posts too!!

Slightly unfinished bungalow, but didn't distract from the overall loveliness of the place.

Need to pay the bus 150 baht to hotel its not far from pier (can walk only 700 m.) but oposit side when they drive to another beach.

The food servings are okay but I find it too expensive.

The resort is in a private beach and there are bean bag chairs and swings. Really comfortable to hqng around there with the shade and the wind.

The electric sockets in the room is far from the bed
