The proximity to the beach, the good bed sizing and having the garage for safety was great.

The dust everywhere, it hadn’t been sanitised or cleaned thoroughly to a satisfactory level. Did not receive free wifi no info was given Wasn’t thorough in the description what we needed to bring.

It was close to the beach

Advertised as 2bed 2bath and overpriced for what was really one bed with ensuite plus study and powder room ? Rooms were small, in the bedroom near the living room there were no light switches in the room had to walk out near the stairs. The TV was actually plugged into the bedroom so when we unplugged it to put the lamp on and charge a phone we couldn't watch TV. Everyone had to walk through the main room to go to the bathroom for a shower. Went to use the aircon to put the heater on and didn't work so we were all cold. Went to use the dishwasher and the dishwasher lid wouldn't stay down had to get my husband to hold it down while I stacked it Living area spacious but Not ideal for family of 4

Not enough bowls or cups since advertised as for 5 people. Said had a fold out sofa bed, but was a normal couch. Photos on website were of a different apartment so was not what I was expecting.

Great proximity to the beach

The people in the apartment above us had a dog, so there was barking at night and they played fetch/got the dog running around inside the apartment late at night.

Very clean and comfortable, super close to the beach (1-2 minute walk), private backyard and covered parking provided. Full kitchen and even a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Very close to highway and train crossing but that didn’t really cause us any issues. We slept very well at this place

The noise from the station, the floor wasn't clean - dust, chips, etc left on the floor. But the worse thing, luck of the step at the entry door. The concrete step is done only in half way, and cover with the entry matt. My wife almost twisted her ankle, due to uneven surface.

Very busy on hot days. Train works create bit of havoc. Not clean when arrived.
