Первый раз была в Батуми, приезжала отдохнуть от шумного Стамбула и поесть хинкали. Любой город- это прежде всего люди, и я очень рада, что заселилась в эти апартаменты, что и позволило в полной мере быть довольной поездкой. Хозяева чудесные люди, гостеприимные и добродушные. Угостили бутылкой домашнего вина, такого вкусного я еще не пила. Фото и описание полностью соответствует заявленному , всё укомплектовано для комфортного отдыха и продумано до мелочей, начиная от зубной щетки, заканчивая стиральной машиной и сушилкой. Номер очень чистый, сделан качественный ремонт. Расположение идеальное, все в шаговой доступности- набережная, площади, магазины, кафе, но несмотря на это вилла находиться в тихом и спокойном месте, что позволяет прекрасно выспаться. В номере тепло, в каждой комнате есть батареи, которые самостоятельно можно регулировать. Всегда есть горячая вода, никаких перебоев не было. Когда будете принимать решение, бронировать или нет, не теряйте время, если есть свободный номер, однозначно бронируйте. Лучший отдых в прекрасном городе Батуми вам будет обеспечен.

It was the best stay in Batumi! We liked everything: welcoming host, refurbished apartment, great facilities – there was everything, including a hairdryer, an ironing board, a washing machine, and kitchenware. The most amazing thing was our own terrace with a captivating view and a swimming pool. We also enjoyed the smell in the house 😂, as well as the beautiful pictures and flowers in the stairwell

the location is great, centre of old Batumi. you can reach any place on foot. the terrace is just tremendous) you can’t leave the place. we even slept over the check out time but the owners were so kind to let the early check-in and late check out) thank you

Host's we're very helpful. Place was extremely clean & close to everything. My 16yr old loved the sofa lounge, says it was very comfy. Great location. The wine on arrival was absolutely beautiful. Fantastic variety of restaurants & bars close by. Many shops and tourist sites in walking distance as well. I would definitely book again and I highly recommend this place.

There was nothing to dislike about the apartment. It was perfect for me. And I travelled here from Australia.
