Rooms, Prices were exorbitant After paying 170 USD plus taxes no breakfast

Breakfast was good. The manager Pathaan was excellent, a very nice person. We did notice bugs, roaches.. being a city hotel may be hard to control, more deep cleaning may be required.

Price on room service meals are bit high.

Front Desk staff - specifically Mr. Sharafat and the Lady (I forgot her name) who was usually present at the morning and afternoon were extremely supportive and client friendly. They extended all possible support to solve any issue. Managers and staff at dinning - for breakfast and dinner were extremely good too. Overall - the supporting staff team as well as services are super cool.

I have been staying here for since last 4 years and liked its consistency in providing services in all respect.

I think its over priced at times going by the rates offered by few other star category hotels.

Great breakfast and very helpful waiting staff. Handy informal meeting spot for work in basement. Small but useful gym.

Slight smell of perhaps kerosone outside (and a little inside) my room (masked by incense burning in corridor). NB not so bad that I needed to be ask to be moved. Some gym machines not working when I was there.

exchange rate scam at the counter. ended up paying 15% more than my reservation via Booking $60 for airport pick up (normal taxi is $5) …and they still haven’t refunded my $300 deposit after 3 weeks!

The location and size of the room!

The restaurant during dinner time has very strong smell of certain seafoods which can become bothersome because there didnt seem to be enough ventilation!
