Kind, caring and warm reception. Cozy spacious rooms. Superb location yet calm and quite. Food is fine. Arranged transport to/from airport. I will return again

Inside dinner / restaurant area could be more cozy in the evening with better lighting and style.

Breakfast choices limited but food quality is good. Very helpful as I need to travel at 6am to other city, they can help to pack breakfast and coffee for your journey, wonderful services. The Duty Manager is very helpful as I was stuck at some meeting place with heavy rain for whole days, unable to get any transportation back to hotel for more than 2 hours. Contacted the hotel reception for help, they immediately arrange a car to pick me back to hotel. It was very grateful help and though by the hotel staff, Excellent services and care.. Cheer !

so much to like, location, comfort, cleanliness.

I received an airport shuttle upon request which was very helpful for me. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The rooms are large, clean and well equipped. The bathroom is very clean and has a nice shower. The pool on the roof invites you to relax, on hot days it is a real cool down and worth its weight in gold

The selection of fruit for breakfast could be bigger. For European guests, the morning and regular prayers of the Muslims are a bit disturbing, but the hotel is not responsible for this.

Comfortable hotel, nice rooms. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Cleaners are good. Location is quite good in Banani.

Maybe better coffee and tea for breakfast, although it was not bad but for this hotel it could be better.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Overall the place was very clean, including the rooftop pool. I would stay there again.

In the suite, the spa bath didn't work (no bubbles, no jets) and one of the toilets didn't flush. Especially the toilet, this is a basic function... it must do this before the heating, massaging and everything else. The reason we booked this hotel was for the spa bath, so it was disappointing it didn't work.
