Loved the Haven. It had a great feel about it. Loved the spa. Great location

Could use a little maintenance to the outside but all good inside

The cottage was immaculate - very modern-and beautifully designed to give the feeling of living in a forest. The location was excellent - we could walk to town along the canyon trail and access the bike path easily.

The accommodation was very private and right next to a walking trail into Bright.

The exterior was a little lacking in care but was made up by the care shown on the interior.

All of it. The serenity, the bath, the bikes and the comfy bed. Very enjoyable stay!

Nothing, would highly recommend

Our studio was so comfy and quiet. King size bed. Lovely outlook from every window. Cooking facilities including a Webber bbq which we used over our 5 night stay. Use of free bikes which again we used on the rail trails around Bright. Highly recommend this property.

Great location, very clean, well appointed. Just right for my needs. The sofa was very comfortable to sleep on, didn't sleep in the bed, back issue, I find it easier to sleep on couches where I can get back support.

Wifi had a mind of its own. Disappeared on Christmas morning which was a disappointment as that was the critical time for it to be available. Otherwise, it seemed okay, certainly not great. The hot plates took some time to understand. And we need to make sure that future clients understand that the fridge size is not a mini bar - that was the impression I had before arrival.

beautiful bush setting. luxurious set up. you feel like your all by yourself with the river on your doorstep. short walk to town.

Spa was superb.

Lack of daily towels. With both a spa and shower guests shouldnt have to wash their own towels. Internet very bad.

Everything in the cottage is clean and comfortable.Quiet nice little cottage.

Got issues with internet connection

Location is the best. You can walk to Bright or ride a bike to Porepunkah. The cottage is so clean and tidy. The host, Linda is so friendly and responsive.
