There was a warm welcome from our hosts on arrival, and both were really friendly and helpful about the local area, giving us some great tips! The hotel was spotless, and the room spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast....oh the breakfast!! Beautiful! Kept us full ALL day! Great location too. All in all, a faultless stay, and we'll be back!

Everything the room was beautifully decorated and out of this world and luxurious. Spotlessly clean. The breakfast was the best I have ever tasted and the owners were fabulous.

Everything was excellent . Breakfast was delicious and cooked perfectly with lots of variety to choose from too .The bedroom was lovely and clean as was all the house . The shower was hot and easy to control . Big fluffy white towels . Very comfortable bed with nice pillows and duvet .

Absolutely everything! It was beautiful! We loved the decor. The breakfast was outstanding. Very calm and organised. The bedroom was huge and the bed so comfortable. The place was spotless. Every room you entered smelled so clean. Can't wait to go again. Thank you being such wonderful hosts.

Booked a 2 night stay to celebrate our anniversary based on rating and reviews and it was everything previous guests had said and more. Beautifully furnished and decorated to a really high standard- lovely hosts Karl and Lee have done a fabulous job. Spotlessly clean with lots of little extras to make your stay extra special, . Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, great location - walking distance to town and seafront, definately a 5* experience.

The hotel exceeded our expectations on all levels the owners welcomed us and could not do enough for us. Room was spotless along with the whole hotel, no detail was too small, everything was perfect. Breakfast was amazing, great quality produce and cooked to perfection. Thank you both for a wonderful experience at your hotel, we will be back.

What a diamond of a place. Close to all going on and so clean and comfortable. We read a review before we went that said "home from home" so right no more to be said! The hosts and mum were the icing on the cake. Fabulous!

Fantastic hotel in a great location, the hosts were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed and the breakfast was excellent.

A lovely house near to the town & pier.Our hosts were helpful friendly & relaxed. Parking is available on site. The facilities fixtures & fittings are of the highest quality. The breakfasts were delicious. We take regular short breaks in b&bs across the UK. This is definitely one of the very best.

Excellent breakfast, very clean room and premises. Great soft towels provided. Owners and staff where great. Excellent location.

Shower was not the greatest in our room, would probably request room with bath next time. The 45 minute window 0815-0900 for breakfast was a little limited, I realise you can't please everyone but 0815-0930 would be better.

The property was very well situated for all the towns amenities. Very comfortable and clean. Welcoming hosts.
