the stairs but that’s just what you have to put up with, it would t stop us using the guesthouse again

we were on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs for my husband but that was my fault because I booked it last year and never thought about it till we got there

The hosts was very helpful, the room was very clean. We didn't want a breakfast except for 1 day & that came to our needs. A lovely stay for my wife & l. We will be staying again. Thank you Beachside & thank you Cheryl & David.

The weather.

the room was clean and well-equipped. the breakfast was delicious and the location is centered, very convenient to everywhere.

the parking lot is a little bit small. it’s in the alley. not suitable for big cars.

Amazing location with the friendliest staff. Absolutely adored every second of my new years stay. Hotel was spotless, well decorated. Breakfast was delicious and speedy. Looked forward to each night sleep.

You were given choice of cooked breakfast and it was cooked for you and served at your table.

I didn't really think that anything was missing.

Warm welcome. Down stairs lovely. Bedroom no bottled water( could buy from downstairs) would have thought for star rating and price should have been included. Sash window would not stay open, always sleep with window slightly open, had to find something to keep open.

Very comfortable bed.

Cooking smells from the kitchen rather dominated the bedroom early in the morning.

The rooms were excellent as was the food. The accommodation was exceptionally clean too. The location was brilliant.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything about the accommodation was first class.

The beautiful location, the modern seaside theme, friendly helpful hosts, comfortable bed, spotless room, great shower, hot freshly made breakfast, great value for money. thank you Cheryl and David! we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at your home from home again.

The tight car park, but……..considering the location having a safe space to park a big bonus!
