This was the best accommodation of our 7 week trip so far! First of all, it is a true homestay (unlike most places which are more like hotels). The rooms/bungalows are in the garden of the family‘s home. They are such nice people and really made us feel welcome! For breakfast you have a lot of options to choose from (Banh Mi, pancakes, smoothies etc.), it is served to you on your terrace and was always tasty. Our room was cleaned everyday and the laundry service was really quick and for a reasonable price. The homestay is located just a 2 minute walk down to the beach. There are chairs and umbrellas you can use and even order drinks to the beach. The area around offers a lot of restaurants and bars but has a more laid back vibe than the old town of Hoi An, which we really enjoyed (to the city center it is just a 10 minutes motorbike ride).

We had such a wonderful time at the Local Beach Homestay. The family who runs the place is so lovely and caring. The proximity to the beach is amazing and the free beach chairs a big plus. Very relaxed and tropical stay. Hoi An Old Town is just a short ride away. Definitely recommendable.

Fantastic homestay. Very freindly family, they helped us with everything. The food was delicious and the sourroundings with the garden and the beach were the best!

The place is only a few steps away from the beach, where there are lounge chairs and parasol available. You can have food delivered to the beach.
The owners were extremely kind, answered any questions had quickly. The breakfast, cooked by the mom, were delicious and a good price
The room was quite spacious, the bathroom huge. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy…
We even stayed an extra night because we really enjoyed the place and the An bang beach

Very close to the beach. Comfortable rooms. Gets a little hot in the afternoons but the trees around make it better. Super convenient with shops and restaurants around. We had a good stay.
The ACs didn't seem to work but that wasn't their problem. The heat was too bad when we were there. Nights were cooler.

The room was beautiful, breakfast is delicious, staff are so friendly. Quick walk to the beach or restaurants and Huyen is responsive over WhatsApp if we needed anything at all. We will miss the puppy and the outdoor shower.

We liked this place a lot. From the moment you arrive you are taken care of and the personnel do the utter most to make you feel right at home. We had a spacious room in the lovely garden. The lounge sofa outside was a delight.

Absolutely AMAZING place!!! 3 min walk to the beach, beautiful spacious room, outside porch area and lots of nice touches, fresh towels every day, toiletries and room cleaning each day. Wonderful filling breakfast fresh fruit, baguettes ice coffee and juice.. very friendly dog and just super super nice hosts thankyou for everything we would highly recommend xxx

It's a 10 out of 10, and even more. I stayed for 3 nights and had great retreat in their lush tropical garden. 3 minutes walk to a quiet beach with local vibe (at dawn, you can see fishermen coming back in the bowl boats, which was quite a sence), most of eatery places are in 5-min walk with great ambiance and good food. The host family was super dedicated, they took care of everything I need while respect my privacy; facilities exceeded my expectatation for a homestay, really neat and clean.

My wife and I spent a week at this lovely homestay. We will definetely come back and spend a month here. The unit is spacious and confortable. The family that run the homestay is the highlight, they are very kind and help you in everything you may need. Breakfast is fabulous. They probide bikes, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Lots of restaurants around and very easy to reach Hoi An old City by grab (viet uber). Thanks Huyên and your entire family for the special time at your place.

It’s a lovely homestay just a few steps away from the beach. They even have some sunbeds with umbrellas. We had a nice welcome. The room is well equipped and nice decorated. The owner fulfilled all our wishes. We could order some breakfast, she organized drivers if needed and her mother did our laundry. The room is situated in a lovely garden. The beach was pretty clean at our stay.

This Homestay was just perfect!
Huge comfortable room, delicious breakfast served to our balcony every morning and just a short walk to the beach with private sun beds.
Huyen the host was simply lovely too, as where her family and lovely dog.

Local Beach Homestay is a cosy well-appointed set of A/C rooms set amidst a lush garden and only 2 minutes walk from An Bang Beach. Situated within a charmingly interesting fishing village, it is managed by a very helpful woman and her son and for a small price - 120000 dong - they provided a lovely breakfast for three! It is also a 2 minute walk from a number of local seafood restaurants.

Everything was perfect : the rooms, the location, the disponibility and kindness of the hosts.
We stayed 4 days and really felt at home.

The owner of the homestay and her parents are so welcoming and helpful, and their German shepherd is such a gentle giant. My room (the cheapest option) comes with a kitchen area which surprised me. This best part about this homestay is that it is a one-minute walk from Cosy corner, a lovely cafe, and An Bang beach village restaurant (they serve delicious Vietnamese food and Indian food).

Flexible - could check in early - book early breakfast. Good breakfast, good location close to the beach - excellent food on the beach and free sun-loungers etc. Very comfortable bed with a mosquito net. Very nice/ friendly family, available but not intrusive. Beautifully tended, lush, fairly private and quiet garden off the alleyway.

This is a family run B&B and Huyen and her relatives treated us like VIP guests. They were there for literally everything, and so well organised too.
Our room was very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated, just a two minutes walk from the private beach. Breakfast was varied and always excellent.
In the area there are a few shops and good restaurants, and Hoi An is about 15 minutes scooter ride away.
I should have stayed longer: I was there for 4 nights but there's so much to do and to see in the area.
