Hospitality was outstanding, lots of extra little details included to make our stay magical. The room was amazing and we enjoyed the bathtub.

Unfortunately communication between staff let this place down. We were told we could have a late check out and when we got back to shower there was a cleaner in our room asleep on the bed.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious . The staff was helpful and polite, room was kept tidy all the time . I got a free room upgrade, and although the hotel is far from pub street they offer complementary tuk-tuk to take you. Also, the included breakfast was very good.

Beverages were expensive compared to outside restaurants.

Fantastic. Beautiful grounds, lovely room and the service is next level. Have stayed at Raffles but service here is better. It's a 5 minute walk for laundry, 10 to restaurants and 15 to pub St but the hotel will provide a complimentary tuktuk to anywhere in town. They will also collect and drop you to the airport/bus station, gratis. Breakfast is great (eggs benedict), Spa is reasonable, pool is beautiful. Exceptional value.

Absolutely everything. The staff and curators here offer the best service I have received, they really take care of you throughout your stay. The food was delicious and the afternoon tea was a lovely addition for guests.

This hotel provides outstanding personal service and facilities. From the General Manager Noun to the staff in reception we were made to feel totally welcome and the whole focus of the hotel was to exceed our already high expectaions. In particular we were very appreciative of the personal sevice provided to us by Thavy in reception and the wonderful service provided by Boy and Chouer in the restuarant as well as the breakfast staff, and Safiel in reception. The quality of the food provided in the restaurant was exceptional, in fact the best we have experienced in Asia. This hotel went above and beyond when we had an issue with visas and could not leave Cambodia as planned. They provided transport for us and a room was made available for an additional 2 days whilst we sorted this issue. Every single member of staff welcomed us back and treated us with the greatest resepect and even friendship. This hotel is authentically Cambodian, with each room number reflecting a year in the history of Cambodia, with an explanation provided by staff. There are real artifcats displayed proudly throughout each room and in public areas. The facilites, including a wonderful pool are spotless and the care and maintenance of the property generally is excellent. The drivers, bith cars and tuk tuks, took special care in keeping us safe and provided us the best service. Thank you to every single staff member at Mane Boutique Hotel and Spa for everything you did to make our stay one that we will never forget.

Rooms are super spacious, well laid out. The property is beautiful and very lush. The staff were exceptional - they really made the trip and went above and beyond in my mind.

amazing! customer oriented staff. good food, good cocktails. the transportation crew is wonderful. we booked our driver with the hotel and they had water for us and cold towels, it is highly appreciated considering the weather conditions for the tourism. breakfast is delicious! it is a real 5 star boutique.

Everything was perfect!! i was really impressed how they exceed my expectation and took it to beyond. As soon as I booked, they send me message and asked my flight details to offer complimentary airport transfer which was a very nice surprise. Then I asked them on the message what kind of tours out there and a lady called Thavy made a proper explanation and then arranged everything for me like a premium concierge service so I had no question mark about what to do in my trip before i arrived. Once I arrived the hotel, the welcome was very nice and gentleman called Sohim introduced himself as my private butler which was something that I wasn’t expecting neither :) He planned and arranged all my schedule and my needs. He even prepared a breakfast box for my tour at 5am. Lastly, tour guide that they provided was super professional and took really good care of me. I really don’t have a single thing that I can say wasn’t good in this hotel. Cleaning, services, staff, room, layout and all other things were impeccable!! Once again thank you very much, especially to Thavy and Sohim to make this trip memorable for me.

The staff were excellent and could not do enough for us. Breakfast choice is excellent and cooked fresh for you, not a buffet. Rooms are great/spacious and have individual themed decor. Pool area really nice with staff on standby to bring drinks/snacks to you at the pool !

I honestly cannot think of anything that could have been better in this boutique hotel.

The Hotel is away from the hustle & bustle but it’s walkable to the main area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious and the breakfast menu consists of western & local meals. I recommend this hotel to anyone who’s going to siem reap.

The service at this hotel was second to none. The rooms were beautifully decorated, our bathrooms were also beautiful. Staff cleaned the rooms really well and also completed a turn down service all while we were out of the rooms naturally which was lovely to not be disturbed but still enjoy these services. The pool is also lovely both during the day and in the evening. There were plenty of sun beds and places to relax in the sun or shade depending on what you like. The breakfast was super, quick and really tasty. each morning pastry’s we’re served while you waited for your order and every morning they were freshly baked - a real treat! The tuk tuk services were great, we were worried when booking that it might be a hassle having to get them into town but it’s not at all. The staff organize everything and it’s 5 mins or so into the center of town. The staff here are so helpful, they helped us organize our self guided Angkor Tour day out (we had no idea what time to leave or what temples to skip etc to miss the crowds and they really nailed this for us) also helped us book our onward transport which was great. The staff helped us book everything ourselves rather than booking everything for us which was our preference and it gave us a real insight into the apps and websites they would use so that was a nice experience.

The only thing we didn’t love was the dinner on the property, for the price it really wasn’t great. The staff at dinner etc were great just not good food.

The room are fantastic, really a Boutique Hotel with antique furnishings and very big . The staff is the most welcoming staff I have ever meet . They are taking care of all your wishes with a big smile. Breakfast is delicious, free High Tea at 16.00 pm . Kitchen open almost the all day with delicious dishes. Free Tuk Tuk 🛺 one way to the center (5 minutes) , and walking back from the center to the hotel is a real pleasure. We will come back 🤗

Modern construction with old world feel with beautiful old and some tasteful reproduction furniture.

i wouldn’t leave this place … I was supposed to spend 3 days and I extended my stay to one full week, what to say ? !! this boutique hotel is the place where you can feel like in your home with an outstanding authentic Cambodian atmosphere, everything was perfect, location, food, design and the most unbelievable thing is the kindness of the staff, be it at the front desk or at the restaurant without forget the Tuk Tuk driver ( Chang Ra was amazing, gentle man, he explained to me everything he has a fluent English, so kind and patient) of course the desk front staff we’re more than helpful they were caring for me on daily basis they are suggesting and advising itinerary, logistic, everything needed ( special thank you for Kimhong and Phil and the girls ). one other thing I will never and never forget those wonderful ladies working in the restaurant of the hotel , they look like a beautiful Apsaras , their smile was more than enough for me to start a new day in this magic place so thank you for Chamroeûn,Chouer and Narin you are amazing and I already miss you 😘
