Great stay as always. We had the private dining room in the evening (group of 8) and the food was excellent, nice breakfast in the morning too. It's a fantastic property with a lots of character and lovely views overlooking the coast. The piano bar is a great touch too. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Cowes!

Our room was in an annexe and we assume there were public rooms available but we weren’t invited to use them at all. Access and layout quirky. Fine for an overnight stay.

Fascinating hallway, wonderful lounge area with generously stocked honesty bar, beautiful sea view room with fluffy white towels & bathrobes & Elemis toiletries. Great breakfast, with a view of the sea, and lovely staff (especially Jay who carried my bag upstairs!)

Nothing about the hotel did we like, old dated dark and dirty!!! We checked in and left after 5 minutes, definitely not worth £160.00 I wouldn’t even pay £60!!

Breakfast very good. Location great for views of The Solent but on a steep hill. Quirky interior.

Very draughty but owners doing their best with heating. A lot of stairs !
