The location is really good: near to train/bus station, and local bus stop in front of the house. Nice vintage interiors, with small cute terasse, and good windows (silence), large rooms. Kind hosts.

Unfortunatelly the electricity was wrong, so the water heating didn't worked: two times freezy shower and uncharged electrical stuffs :( the hosts tried to managed it, but maybe because of the age of the system they couldn't fixed it immediately. The bathroom doesn't connected directly to rooms.

I liked how the place is decorated and specific detailes. I found chocolates on my pillow for the warm welcome. The comunication with the staff was easy and it was easy to find the place.

Very cute guest house with perfect distance to the city and the train station. Super quiet. Super friendly and helpful hosts and easy communication. Cute, silent balcony and comfortable mattresses.

Close surroundings of the building. Messy impractical room with a lot of things falling off/breaking down/leaking/jamming, screeching bed. No eating in the room, but there is no other good place for that, the balcony is without electricity and full of cigarette waste and the "living room" is a big mess. Erratic temperature of tap water. Most of all, the "private" bathroom is outside in the corridor and cannot be locked (not even from the inside), which disqualifies it as private. To misguide you, there is even a key in the bathroom door, but it just sits there in an empty hole, because there is no lock. EDIT: After I posted my initial review (i which, to be honest, I gave 4/10 as it wasn't that bad) the owner called me and threatened to kill me (yes, literally) if I come back to Cagliari. Probably he gets good reviews by threatening people.

It's inconvenient that the bathroom is outside the bedroom, but it's not even a problem. It's near, it's private and it's tidy.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to train and bus stations, and near the centre and old town. Huge bedroom and good size bathroom. Strong WiFi signal. Giuseppe was very welcoming and dealt promptly with a minor issue, readily offering a solution. Everything was as advertised. I would stay here again.
