The staff were amazing. The location was great, we had everything we needed. Right next door to the wonderful Garden of Dreams, on the edge of Thamel, loads of restaurants within easy walking distance.
Just no lift. Not an issue if you have good knees!

It was good to be back! :) Very nice location, on the edge of busy Thamel, just a 3 minute walk. Extremely lovely staff!! The owner Mega came for a chat, Baboe who worked at the restaurant is an excellent restaurant host and the nightshift always there to help!! The room was clean and the bed very comfortable! Shower was strong! And nice hot water.

Very beautiful, clean and quiet hotel in an excellent location - 15 min walk to Durbar square. Excellent breakfast and large room. The staff is working hard to make a guest satisfied.

the location is the best. not too far yet close to all the places, restaurants and the crowd. the staff were fab!!

I owe a big thank you to this hotel, this is the only hotel which agreed to pick me up although my flight landed late in the night . Other hotels just apologized .
Friendly staff , special thanks to Mr.Megah who made everything possible to make my stay comfortable.
The rooms needs some improvements like sockets, shower, etc ..

The location was great for us, in Thamel but off of the busy street. The food at the restaurant was also delicious and staff were very helpful.
The room could have been a bit cleaner and laundry was very expensive compared to other hotels we stayed at.

Our room faced a major pond of sewage and construction garbage.
The smell was terrible.
We asked to switch rooms but were told we could do it only at the next day.
The hotel should not utilize the rooms facing this sewage pond- it is unacceptable.

Good location, very close to main road but on a quiet street. Employees seemed very prestative and eager to help.
There was not a good ventilation in the bathroom, so the towels wouldn't dry.
I had a bad experience buying the bus ticket to Pokhara with them - almost had to postpone the trip due to some last minute confusion and ended up getting a worst bus then the one I paied for.

Hotel Location was in perfect Plan peace and clean environment, variety of foods in breakfast, very welcoming staff and Mr. Meghnath was very helpful and he was golden heart gentleman, he really help a lot.
i will back soon on January again.

Comfortable bed and bedding. Warm shower. Liked the pancake crepes at breakfast, but the rest of the food is buffet so some food was cold when I ate it. Thankful that they let me use the free airport ride as a drop off instead of a pick-up. Free mineral water bottles in the room was nice and room size was smaller but perfectly fine for one person. Location was tucked away off the main roads on a quieter street next to many other hotels and is very close to a shopping mall - it’s just on the outskirts of Thamel area. Wifi worked very well in my room which was good!
My toilet didn’t flush in my room which was awkward. The bathroom had an opening to the outside where the fan was installed in the wall and you couldn’t close this, which let in mosquitoes. I tried to kill the ones I saw in the bathroom but I ended up being bitten by mosquitoes at night- that wasn’t nice. My room window was in front of a construction site out back so the noise was a little loud in the morning.

Very well situated in a quiet cul de sac and close to shops and restaurants in the main tourist area of Thamel. Staff all very friendly, helpful and professional, and speak really good English.

Aryatara was made great in every way by excellent and friendly staff 10/10 en every aspect - buffet breakfast, location , peace bar . The bathroom and room amenities are top notch . Frontdesk are super helpful and welcoming

Stayed 1 nights at the Aryatara alone. Room was super clean, breakfast was tasty and it is located in a convenient location down a quiet street yet near all the action. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. We opted to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and it was also delicious! A perfect place to stay!

This hotel provides a wonderful buffet breakfast, and very tasty lunch and dinner options for a good price.
The rooms are spacious and clean room.
The hotel staff were very friendly and when I had a late flight I was able to store my baggage so I could still enjoy my last day in Kathmandu and not have to take all my bags with me, and the room rate was very good and it included the breakfast buffet as well.

I had a great experience at the Aryatara Kathmandu hotel. The buffet breakfast 🥣, cozy rooms 🛌, and super friendly staff makes me feel at home. I would recommend anyone to stay here if you are in Katmandu.

For the second time we visited this hotel. Spacious room, good location in Thamel and good food. However the most important is the friendliness and helpfulness of the personnel under the excellent guidance of Mr. Mega, whom i consider as a friend.
