Presidential rooms were of good size. Location is ok.

Elevator not working. Breakfast way too expensive. Whole building needs renovation really bad. Staff not speaking english well. No rooftop bar. No good view out of window. I would not recommend or stay again.

The place was dated, left does not work.

Staff was very cooperative and courteous. Food was fine when I ordered dinner in the room, a few times.

There were issues with internet and electricity, though not a fault of the hotel. There was repair work going on across the road which kept the availability of internet and tv cable very interrupted for a good 7-8 days.

I only liked the location. that was it

pics are not as advertised. the place was so dingy that I slept in my sleep sack. the hospitality was nil. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I came from Paris and by mistake booked this property but Everything was up to the mark. staffs were very helpful and the location was awesome. this hotel is in the center of Thamel. I loved my stay and will definitely recommend it. .

Breakfast starts at 7:15 am but i had to leave at 6:00 am for the work,We asked for the packed breakfast but they said its not available.So just a small suggestion if somebody has early morning checkout they should have that option.However rest everything was very good.

The water seems to be so yellowish so i think they should look after it,and while i went for the check-out it was early moring around 6:40 am, there was nobody in the reception,So i told my fren to settle the bill when there is staff in reception.What if i just walk off .So please make a note so these thing rest everything was perfect.
