Really loud music coming from the bars around. Use your earplugs ... In the bar/restaurant they charge you a little extra without telling you.

Area a bit noisy at night - but not something I didn’t know before. Booked through them a boat+shuttle back to Ubud - paid way more to have a safe travel back. but when I got out of the boat all shuttles didn’t have my name on the list. it was a really bad experience for a solo woman traveler arriving in the evening to an unknown place. Did talk to the manager after and he was very nice, offered to refund me for the extra taxi I took back to Ubud & a free meal at their Ubud restaurant. I do recommend going there - I had a lovely time with no complains about the hotel, just maybe book your travels back from a different place.

Basically you live like inside Disco. Noise is so loud you cant sleep from 9pm to 2am. This because next door is biggest night club ”Jungle”.

The staff were very attentive and rooms were very modern. Loved the decor of the hotel and food and drinks were amazing. Close distance to the port so there was no need for a horse and cart thankfully.

Noise levels were high but to be expected being bang in the centre of everything

amazing location, Gili T is sensational!! hotel had everything we needed and was super close to all the bars and restaurants, staff were fantastic and very friendly and accommodating.

lots of cats however they didn’t bother us and the lack of water pressure in the shower.
