Great location and clean spacious room. But what stood out was the amazing service by all the hotel staff. Incredibly helpful, friendly and genuine - especially the staff at front desk Ms Theary, Mr Sokreach and a female trainee (whom I did not managed to get her name). They were so welcoming and made our stay extremely pleasant and memorable. Definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

Wunderschönes Hotel inmitten von Siem Reap. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit leckerem Frühstück a la carte. Schöner Pool, ein super Spa Angebot zu sehr fairen Preisen. Zudem gibt es ein kleines, aber feines Gym. Tourenangebot zu allen Top Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region. Die Zimmer sind noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die ganze Anlage ist eine Oase. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnliche Personal - insbesondere die extrem herzlichen Angestellten der Rezeption. Aber auch alle anderen Angestellten waren äußerst aufmerksam und super freundlich! Für uns war das definitiv eine 11/10 und hat unseren Aufenthalt im Viroths perfekt gemacht. Wir waren 4 Tage dort und können das Hotel allen wärmstens empfehlen!

È un hotel che ci rimarrà nel cuore per tanti motivi. In primis il personale è di una gentilezza e disponibilità che non abbiamo mai trovato nei molteplici viaggi della nostra vita. Sempre con il sorriso. Grazie alla loro pazienza ho imparato anche qualche parola cambogiana. L’Hotel in se è proprio una bomboniera, di dimensioni adeguate per mantenere tranquillità, qualità e pulizia. È immerso in un giardino tropicale…..piante bellissime ovunque. La piscina è una vera perla, pulita, ordina e naturalmente anch’essa immersa nel verde. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e con un arredo essenziale. Letto comodo. Il bagno ha tutto il necessario. La doccia è grande con le pareti finali del soffitto aperte sul giardino (mantenendo la privacy). La colazione è a la carte: ogni mattino ti consegnano un mini menu dove puoi scegliere quello che preferisci. Ho già nostalgia dei loro yellow noodle 🍜…per me rigorosamente vegetariani. Che bontà. L’hotel è ubicato in una zona veramente tranquilla e vicinissima al “centro” (Pub Street - Old Market - Night Market). C’è la possibilità di cenare in hotel, ma noi siamo sempre usciti perché in zona c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta. Immancabile presenza dei tuk tuk 🛺 nel caso siate stanchi di camminare….! Ringraziamo infinitamente tutto lo staff della reception e del ristorante per la loro gentilezza e per il bellissimo soggiorno che abbiamo trascorso al Viroths Hotel. Il popolo cambogiano sta vivendo un nuovo rinascimento, sperando che l’occidente non cancelli dai loro visi i loro magnifici sorrisi e la loro disarmante gentilezza. មួយពាន់អរគុណ

Very comfortable and really well located hotel within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants in the town centre and big pool. The staff were exceptional - really friendly and helpful. Cold drinks, chilled towels and a smile waiting for you every time you got back and nothing was too much trouble.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Viroth’s Hotel, um uns die Tempel rund um Ankor Wat anzuschauen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von einem ausgesprochen höflichen Personal empfangen. Man kümmert sich sofort um den check-in. Das Zimmer mit Blick zum Pool war groß und hell und lies keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam aber nie aufdringlich. Beim Verlassen des Hotels wurde man Abends mit wohlriechendem Moskito-Spray eingesprüht. Tuk-Tuks stehen vor dem Hotel auf Stand by und bringen einen für $ 1-2 ins Zentrum, welches aber auch in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Bei Rückkehr ins Hotel wurde man mit kalten Erfrischungstüchern und Eistee empfangen. Sowohl der Service am Pool als auch beim Frühstück, welches a la carte gereicht wird, war ausgezeichnet. Diese Hotel ist eine perfekte Oase zum Entspannen, wenn man nach einem langen Tag der Tempel Tour in Ankor Wat zurückgekommen ist. Einer unsere Koffer ist leider auf unserem Flug nach Siem Reap nicht angekommen, da wir eine sehr kurze Umstiegszeit in Bangkok hatten. Am Flughafen in Siem Reap haben wir den Koffer schnell und problemlos als vermisst gemeldet. Im Hotel hat man sich umgehend darum gekümmert, dass der Koffer schnellst möglich eintrifft. 24 Stunden später war der Koffer im Hotel. Perfekter Service!

Fantastische Architektur, geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung, tolles Frühstück und ausgesprochen freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Dazu ein schöner Pool und ein Balkon, auf dem man gut sitzen kann.

An incredible jumping off point to explore Ankor Wat and Siem Reap. We LOVED this hotel. Friendly and super helpful staff (arranged all our tours and set us up with the most incredible, kind and brilliant guide - Ask for Kamrin!), delicious food, comfy rooms with lovely design, and lots of little details that make the hotel extra special (aka cool towels for you hands when you arrive at the hotel.) 11/10.

I loved everything about this hotel: situated in Wat Bo Village, one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in Asia, incredibly attentive staff that gave great recommendations and was always there, a great shop with best curated items, the atmosphere, decoration.

Our expectations were high because our much-travelled daughter told us Viroth’s is the best hotel she has ever stayed in. It gets that rating from us too. The things we liked: the design and traditional decoration and art works; the large comfortable well-appointed room with a very comfortable bed; the delicious a la carte breakfast; the lovely pool; the location which was quiet yet within a couple of blocks of a range of good restaurants and about 10 minutes walk from the central market; the mosquito repellent when we left the hotel in the evening; the cold towel and offer of a glass of lemongrass tea every time we returned to the hotel; the guide and driver the hotel organised for our trip to Angkor Wat; the classic Mercedes to take us to the airport. But the main difference between Viroth’s and other good hotels we have stayed at is the staff. They weren’t just efficient, they seemed to anticipate our needs, and were so friendly and welcoming that we actually felt sorry to leave at the end of our stay.

This was a beautiful hotel and blew our expectations away. the staff were all so polite and attentive. The building is stunning and could be described as a stunning house in the Hollywood hills mixed in with Cambodian touches and the jungle. Beautiful. we could not believe the quality of everything for the price that we paid. could not recommend more.

This is an exceptional hotel. The decor and rooms - everywhere in the hotel is stylish and immaculate. The wonderful staff knew what we needed before we did - a towel, a drink, really professional yet friendly service. The hotel oozes calm! wish we’d had longer here. Love the optional vintage car pick-up from the airport - my family were so surprised to be collected in a classic Rolls Royce and Mercedes. Worth the additional cost.

Amazing stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The hotel is very clean. The bedroom spacious and comfortable. The food is delicious. The staff are so attentive and friendly. I cannot think of any faults.
