We were self sufficient for Brekky.

Not a thing we felt very welcome Rini is a Gem she made us very welcome.

Very spacious villa with everything we needed. Beautiful pool area with plenty of seating options. Rini looked after us all week and was a lovely host. 24hour security was an added bonus. All staff were friendly and accomodating. We also arranged for massages in the villa which were very relaxing.

The Villa was beautiful. Spacious with everything we needed. The king size beds were so comfortable. The staff were kind and considerate. Rinni, the house manager is a special kind of person with a beautiful heart. There was nothing about the Villa I didn’t like.

The property is a bit far away from Seminyak square. There is enough locally to eat out for a week and a 5-10 minute Taxi will take you into the more lively parts. Lots of Taxi’s out front with a cost of $4-$10. We arranged our first breakfast with Rinni as our flight got in very late. Most other morning’s we ate at Watercress down the road-very impressive.

There was terrible traffic coming from North Bali and we were late checking in. Rini was cheerfully waiting for us with a welcome drink. That was awesome!

I love the master bathroom being partially outdoor, but I kept getting bit by bugs. Totally not the property's fault! They do provide bug spray. I used my own, but apparently I need something stronger!

The location was nice and quiet but close enough to the exciting Bali chaos. Facilities were good, great pool, comfortable big beds. Rini the host just a delight as we're the boys at the gates . Thank you for making our stay so good

Nothing everything was good

Property presented well, security were on hand to let us in when we arrived late at night (approx 9pm). Beds were super comfortable, en-suites were large and plenty of room to move about. All security staff were wonderful and super-nice to us and Rini was amazing and went way above her normal duties for us.

Pool was too cold for me, could have done with a pool blanket just to keep it a bit warmer to swim in (if no heater available). The place in general needs some serious maintenance done. eg. Paint flaking off the external walls, ants in the kitchen that needs to be seriously looked at. Big double-door leading out to pool area does not lock easily, one door has dropped and so out of alignment. TV in 3rd bedroom touches the curtain rails and loses reception connection and need to go up on a chair to correct it each time we close the curtains etc. Water Piping is corroding in en-suites and could do with a good clean. A good property maintenance person could get that property back up to scratch pretty easily. First-world issues.

This is a beautiful property on the border of Seminyak and Canggu. It is down a Laneway so quiet, away from the busy Main Street but not too far from Batu Belig beach for sunset and dinner at the beach wayung restaurants- although you can walk to beach clubs Potato Head and Woo Bar too. Watercress cafe is nearby for all day excellence in food and drinks😀 Rini and security guards were friendly and helpful.

The Laneway is a little tricky to find for drivers.

We had a great family holiday, the location is great, close to many shops, cafes, and restaurants. Rini the host is fantastic as well as the security staff. Would highly recommend.

We loved the pool. Shaded and perfect for an evening swim after a busy day shopping. We loved having our own bedrooms with an ensuite. The aircon worked well. The location was quiet (we weren't visiting during school holidays). A great breakfast spot just down the road. Watercress is a must! The staff were friendly and helpful when available.

One of the bedrooms sits out of the main house. While ok for adults, it may be a problem with children/teens. Often taxis would not come and pick up in front of the villa as it is on a one way laneway. The housekeeper is not full time. This meant we had to ring her to meet. A lock box would be safer to have key access to the villa for both staff and guests. The safe had no instructions. .

Easily found the driver picking us up. Once we arrived at the villa, lovely Rini was there to welcome us with some refreshing drinks and a huge smile :) Villa itself has everything you need and is situated just outside of the hustle and bustle, so it's quiet and private, but is still in Seminyak so you're a few minutes away (depending on how bad the traffic is) to central Seminyak and Canggu.

The property was spacious, clean, homely and comfortable! Excellent location and AMAZING staff!! We felt safe, secure and welcome. We will be back as long as Rini is your villa manager ❤️ Rini cared for us like family our entire stay and went above and beyond to ensure we were ok!

Traffic jams, but it is normal if you live in center of tourist life.
