Clean, well-appointed and in a good location.

Creaky floorboards and lack of communication about weekly fire alarm testing in the building and weekly late night fireworks on the pier. Also, the complex is a maze with multiple elevators and sections.

Everything, except car park. The entrance and parking space , very tight.

Location was great! Everything was mostly clean and I enjoyed the amenities. Loved the notes around the apartment that helped to navigate how everything worked.

There were white cat hairs on the sofa and a lipstick stain on one of the pillows in the bedroom. Was a little complicated to get inside the apartment. Was not told that I had to collect the keys from a different location. Was texted that I did not return the key when I did. Was told to empty the bins on the street at certain times but could not find the times where it said it was located.

The location right on Poole Quay was amazing and close to lots of really good restaurants. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped, including a very nice welcome tray and bottle of wine.

Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The property was well maintained, clean and was a great home away from home. The added touch of some local treats was very much appreciated.

Not the best views from the complex but lower cost than Quay facing apartments.

Great location, so easy to visit the shops and restaurants. If the weather had been better would have loved to have had more walks to Poole and Baiter parks.

There was nothing we did not like the only complaint was having to set the boiler to come on in the morning - which we decided not to do in case we forgot to reset it.
