Loved our Stay, was a home from home very comfortable, and a great location. David our host was excellent.

The location

The host was unfriendly and officious in communications. The house is very small, and in the main bedroom is the hot water tank which makes the room unbearably hot. It smelt of dogs. There was very few glasses and no BBQ in the garden (which is a tiny patio) as advertsised. There were signs printed throught the house making it feel unpleasnt and I was sent a text warning me to be out by 10am on a Sunday or face further charges.

Comfortable lounge area.Main Beds were comfortable.Every thing needed for kitchen was there.

could do with a little air conditioning as only one fan,very hot in twin bedroom.

Fab location, good contact with house owner, very obliging when we requested to delay the checkout time

The location very close to harbour and quay and the Old Town was lovely

We couldn’t flush the toilet but had to use buckets to flush things away for 4 nights. Some of the tiles in the bathroom were broken and dirty, as was the outer edge of the shower. The shower door wouldn’t close properly. The oven was dirty as was the washing up bowl. The fridge was completely frozen with ice inside. The curtains were thin, cheap unlined cotton and were hanging off in one room. Outside at both the front and back of the house comprised small bricks through which numerous weeds. In short, the house looked neglected and in need of some urgent cleaning and maintenance

the Location was great it was near everything

The kettle needed descaling

Location close to Poole harbor and in walking distance to shops and restaurants

Back porch was not clean and we could not use it, due to the neighbors dog(barking/scratching at dividing wall.
