Big room great location

No breakfast

Its located close to Spanish Point. It had an extra room attached with a fridge and seating area.

It was located down an extremely narrow road barely room for 1 car. When you drive into the property there is barely room to park and its quite stressful thinking how your going to get out the next morning. There was no breakfast. tea,coffee and biscuits are provided and a fridge. When I commented there is no milk I was given a small jug of milk. The milk was frozen solid the next morning.

Very friendly and helpful host. Great hospitality and recommendations for site seeing. Gorgeous inside and outside the accommodation. Porch off my room added perk.

Very welcoming couple in this B&B with view on the sea from top rooms. in the middle of the countryside not so far from Spanish point, relaxing place and many great advise given by Phil to visit the region or to get any good reco for restaurants or breakfast.

Lovely stay. Comfortable room. Owner provided some great recommendations for exploring the area. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and clean, location is close to Armada hotel so it's handy for a wedding.

Note there is no breakfast here. Disappointed as it is a B&B. Owner explained that this change is due to covid but they offer a lift up to the local hotel. Fine in theory but ... In the morning however there was no sign of the owner, so we had to check out by leaving keys behind and wheeling our luggage a kilometre up the road to the hotel. Overall i can't say it was a happy stay unfortunately.

Amazing b&b, everything we needed. We stayed for a wedding and they even gave us a lift down to the venue! Would definitely recommend!

The trend of B&Bs no longer offering the 2nd B The charm of the Irish B&B was always the morning breakfast with fellow travellers. That is now a distant memory… pity

Noel is an absolute gentleman he genuinely can't do enough for everyone staying with them..offering everyone lifts down to the hotel. Everything was fantastic and we all felt we would return no problem...very reasonable. Spanish point is a beautiful place, made even better by the lovely locals

We had a wonderful stay at Barkers. It was comfortable and clean and very close to the Armada where we were attending a wedding. Noel was lovely and really accommodating. He even gave us a lift down to the hotel after we'd checked in! Couldn't recommend enough.
