I like the warm hospitality they have. From security, receptionist, F&B staff to Cleaning Service. Room is clean with the city and golf view.

though located just 600 meters from jakarta international exhibition center, you cannot cross the road in between. hence you have to take a long route of over 3 kms to reach there. restaurant is poorly stocked.

Breakfast did not offer sufficient healthy options. In fact, the healthy option i.e. the salads were empty at 8:30am and not refilled till long after. In addition, although I was checked into a non-smoking room, there was the smell of smoke anyway because apparently the ventilation in the bathroom feeds from the same system as that of the smokers' rooms. Didn't see much of a point in separating non-smoking and smoking rooms if the air is gonna be full of smoke anyway. Bedsheets had blood stains in them. I'm used to a few specks here and there in other hotels but this one had quite a bit. I wish the hotel would have done a better job of removing bigger stains. Shuttle bus offered to us by the hotel did not work from expo to the hotel. The driver told us to call him when we needed a pick-up but did not pick up the phone when contacted.

Breakfast was bad, service was not good from the moment of arrival.

Asked for non smoking got smoking room. Had trouble with room service not phoning back to confirm meal was available which they said they would do but never did.

Value of the money.. the room is clean, food is nice.
