Excellent room with great view of the Ganges River. Our room had a small balcony, great for relaxing. Very comfortable beds, attentive and helpful staff with nice local suggestions. I would 100% stay here again when I come back to Varanasi.

La gentillesse du personnel et en particulier de Akas (toutes mes excuses si j’ai écorché son prénom ! ). Ils sont très serviables et vous aident à porter vos bagages jusqu'au taxi, qui n’est accessible qu’à pieds pendant environ 1 km. La proximité des ghats, la vue depuis le roof-top. Les chambres sont simples, au standard indien dans cette catégorie de prix.

The room and bathroom were clean, the staff were very helpful in arranging a boat tour, a taxi and being ready to help however they could. The view from the roof was also brilliant.

I thought the room was a bit smaller than the photos suggested but nothing other than that.

Location, you literally walk down a set of stairs to ghat’s, near to the where Ganga aarti takes place and the golden temple, staff is friendly and supportive, we got good advise.

It’s basic, clean and functional. We were happy to have the room with the private bathroom.

The best location and friendly helpful staff

My first time in Varanasi and this accommodation was excellent. Starting with the attention and care of the owner (Vikas). very attentive and helped us a lot with everything. Also, all the staff were very attentive! The hotel is very well located (in front of the Ganges river) and the breakfast was awesome. I recommend it 100%!!!

To make it even better, I would recommend maintaining the shower, which did not have hot water and was low for tall people.

The great views from terrace. Good location near to main street and Ghats. The owner is a great person and musician, thanks to him i had nice breakfasts here, and he waited me before midnight for check-in.

The entrance is hard to access, with high stairs from the Ghat or a narrow street from the center. No lift. (but its common in old buildings near the Ghats)

They cancelled my booking one day before check in even I pay advance also. They just make silly statement room has some issues. When I check other day booking same room is listed. They just makeing high money to sell someone else on other mode or direct waking.

The team and the manager are very nice. The location is top. It's a cute little stay in the heart of Varanasi.

As all hostels in that area it really hard to find at first! Do not trust Google maps on how to find it. Use the map as a general indicator cause many of the pathways will not be shown on the map. Or mine didn't at least.

- not accessible by car. at least 1-1.5 km by walk from the main road. - There is no in-house restaurant. Food ordered is procured and cooked immediately (takes about 1.5 hours) - tv did not work - frequent power cuts. Inverter provided for such situations is unable to supply power to aircon - common areas, dining, etc, are not air conditioned. That means on a hot and humid day, it is pretty sweaty. - mirror located to the side of wash basin

The property charged rs 1000 per head. No attached bathroom in the room and no windows in the room. The room is very small and it is very hot and fan was no also not working properly without speed. The switch of fan was damaged hence we could not increase the speed. The bathroom is very small and no option to lock from inside. The lock is placed in such a way that someone from outside can easily open it. You won't get wifi inside the room and no mobile network coverage inside the room. No drinking water facilities and they will charge 25 for drinking water .Breakfast also not good
