There is no breakfast included. There’s a lot of other Pousadas at this price point that typically include breakfast so this was a bit annoying.

I paid with credit card at the property, but because I have a foreign credit card that is not Brazilian their system didn’t process the payment very quickly, even though it did accept the payment. After this, I was informed that I would have to pay for any additional nights in cash, which was highly irregular And very inconvenient. I would have stayed longer if it were not for this.

The apartment was comfortable, the view from the balcony was amazing and the staff was always friendly. Overall it was a great place to stay.

I couldn’t pay with my German visa card and had to go to an ATM to pay with cash.

I liked the location of the pousada. It was close to a grovery. store and just a 10 min walk away from pelourinho.

The suite that we got only had a/c in one of the rooms and because three of the four beds were on the street side, keeping the windows open meant early rising from the sound of street trgfic

The owner and her two dogs, and streets down to bars and restaurants. Friendly staff.

The hotel did not meet our expectations at all. We have seen the pictures on booking which where taken very professionally however the room was not the same or it was maybe the same many years ago. The first problem was that they advertise their hotel on booking under a completaly different name as it is shown above the entrance therefore it was difficult to find the building. Kitchen is somehow equipped but everything looks dirty. I feel sorry for the hotel because a bit of renovation would make guests more satisfied. We have not seen other apartments so I can not further information on thoose.
