The front desk staff, Olivia, was a gem! The room was very comfortable and attractive and the hotel was artfully decorated.

The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The room was super comfortable and clean. We had a beautiful view from the balcony as well.

The only thing I could criticize that the Wi-Fi in our room (9) was quite weak.

Located very close to the town and the white water rafting, lovely hotel with really helpful staff and a pretty garden and terrace. The book exchange is a lovely touch and I had a couple of books I’d finished with to leave behind. Highly recommended.

The staff helped us a lot in arranging our rafting activity and there is also a guide book that presents the surrounding activities.

The parking lot is small, so we could not use it, bit we put the car in front of the hotel.

The roof top balcony was a lifesaver and such a great place to hang! Abigail and Robert were so helpful and kind. Abigail went above and beyond to help us set up a rafting tour and when we got rained out she was helpful in suggesting other things our family could do. Turns out, hanging on the balcony was the perfect fit. The location is in the middle of the city but on that balcony it does not seem that way. The location is great and you can easily walk to anything. Our room was super comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen area were clean. We really appreciated their help and would have stayed here longer. Thank you!!!
