Lovely quiet room with a fab view out to sea. Great tea and coffee facilities; friendly owner and really yummy breakfast

Small but lovely single room, decorated with taste. Staff very nice, location perfect.
The nice house breakfast was preferable to the breakfast in the room, although the fixed hour could be a little awkward in some cases.

The property was quite central. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Lovely large comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely. We had a lovely short break. Thank you.

Greats hosts, great breakfast and a really comfy bed.
I left my phone charger in our room on leaving and asked if they could post it back and they got back to me straight away and sent it in the post no problem.
Room was slightly small but it was a budget room.

Pebble House is an exceptional place to stay, I would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to see the stunning location of Llandudno. The location is excellent only a few mins away from the theatre, restaurants, bar and the centre of town.
The facilities within the room were of outstanding standards and exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable and the on-suite was excellent. and the breakfast was out of this world. The owners were very accommodating and catered for my dietary needs, as I suffer from coeliac disease, they provided all gluten-free produce. This went above and beyond my expectations.
I couldn't recommend this place to stay enough, I would like to a warm thank you.
I loved this stay and I feel that I'm unable to find any faults with this stay, it met more than my expectations. The owners of this property, provide some of the best hospitality I have ever seen and they go above and beyond to make guests have a very pleasant stay.

When arrived we were welcomed by Simon and Emma, they explained the way the guest house worked, once going to the room we found it very clean and with a sea view,, the bed was so comfortable and really clean bed linen, breakfast was amazing and well presented, would recommend a stay at Pebble House when visiting Llandudno

It was very clean and comfy I really liked the coffee machine in our room , location was very good lovely walk up the sea front , made to feel very welcome by Simon & Emma , thanks again for a fantastic stay , we will be back next year

Lovely comfy bed great pillows,clean,modern and great cooked breakfast and lovely fresh fruit. Simon was very helpful and a very calm host when serving everyone's breakfast, lovely big towels we had a really nice stay.

Lovely place to stay, superb breakfast with plenty of choice. Room was spotless with lovely towels and toiletries. Bed was really comfy and the complimentary tea/coffee tray was really well stocked. Located on promenade, lovely sea views from bedroom. Hosts are very friendly & welcoming. Free parking on promenade directly outside the property. Highly recommend this lovely B&B.
Water pressure in shower a little low but still perfectly managble. Nothing to dislike, would stay again.

Room was much smaller than expected for the price, and didn't match the pictures, etc.
Located a long walk from the centre / busy end of the promenade.
As a guest house, there was no communal area to sit and relax; while maybe to be expected, but small room on a rainy day made this not ideal.

it has been beautifully maintained, excellent curb appeal as well as lovely rooms.
it was more than obvious that Emma and Simon love their business with the effort that has been put into this beautiful building. We booked last minute for a 1 night stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The sea view from the room window was amazing and the property is ideal for reaching all the wonderful restaurants that Llandudno has to offer. Plenty of choices for breakfast and it was very tasty.
