El café en las mañanas, limpieza del cuarto, la piscina muy agradable, la ubicación.
Toallas insuficientes y cuando pedí de piscina me dijeron que eran las mismas del cuarto, lo cual es incomprensible. Ofrecían secador de pelo y no había y la TV malísima. Imposible conectarse al Netflix porque la TV no es smart y la red de wifi insuficiente.

Отель и персонал в нем очень приятные. Оформление настраивает на чувство красоты с первых шагов. Огромные арт объекты на стенах радуют глаз и снимают усталость путника.
Каждый день уборка. Чистые полотенца и косметические принадлежности также обновляют ежедневно. Горячая вода, большая лейка и хороший напор воды, что ещё нужно для счастья в холодные вечера?)
На завтрак приятный комплимент в виде кофе с булочкой или печеньем. Которыми можно насладиться в тихом и уютном месте возле бассейна под красивой белой крышей. Тихое место - это большая редкость для Мериды)
В двух шагах от входа отеля есть прачечная, стоматология, аптека и два продуктовых магазина с полным набором продуктов и товаров для жизни. Ещё есть общественная библиотека. Для нас, изучающих историю и литературу Мексики это стало очень приятным сюрпризом!
Также хотим отметить очень удачное расположение и доступность транспорта. Прямо через дорогу музей Майя, Costco и Liverpool. Где Ледовый каток и гейм-зона с батутами это спасение для столь большой семьи с детьми.
Наши 2 номера были в разных крыльях отеля. Довольно слабый вайфай в комнатах. Вести эфиры и звонки качественно получалось только в фойе у ресепшен и на балконе в номере с видом на бассейн. Также хотелось бы более молодые полотенца))

Really a great place to stay for the price! Very helpful stuff, really large room, excellent service, enjoyed the pool of the hotel, great location: grocery and restaurants right next the hotel, bus to the beach (Progreso) in front of the hotel, coffee and pastry included in the morning.
The internet wasn't the best on the 3rd floor but downstairs and in the lobby is totally fine.

The location was good, if you are looking something in the north of the city this a great deal, cheap, really close from the malls and the exit road to Progreso. Wifi was good, clean pool, staff was good, the only thing that I didn't like was the noisy AC and the old bathroom.

I liked that it was easy access to the mall and to local shops near by and transport. The hotel was very clean and room service of cleaning the room and making beds was okay.
There was access to the pool and seating area. And access to a microwave.
The hotel was very noisy in the day and night. Parties and loud music made it difficult to rest and sleep. Other guest getting drunk in the day talking loud playing music loud. Disturbing other guest. People dragging furniture around above you and outside the door
People walking heavily upstairs.. breakfast was non existence. Coffee and hard left over savouries. Between 6 and 09.00. Does not give you time in the morning to get up.
The swimming pool although cleaned in the morning was filled with flies and leaves from the trees. and very cold
Had an emergency with my daughter going into hospital staff responded well in getting help. However I had to extend for one night but because I had to go hospital to see my daughter and did not check out at 12pm I was still charged for 2 nights.. money making hotel.. Awful to stay do not recommend.

Perfectly clean, big comfortable rooms.
Location is in the far out and there is not much near by. Fine if you move with car, no good choice otherwise. Pool opens very late and closes early, making it useless unless one hangs out in the hotel at daytime.

Close to a big mall and Costco and the Mayan museum but very far from town.
Internet was not consistent enough to download an audiobook despite trying several books. The free wifi at the bus station worked better. Also the password was not readily available.

We were told it's pet friendly and when we arrived, they said no. We had to switch rooms constantly as the wifi is horrible there. I booked this place for my mom as I live about 15 minutes away. There was no blow dryer and the manager said on 1st day, oh I will get you one tomorrow and never did...when we asked again next day in a VERY FRIENDLY manner along with compliments on cleanliness and desperation for a positive experience due to personal circumstances, they rejected that. My mom forgot her toiletries in the 1st room they rushed her out of to move to another room, and when she asked for access 1 hour later to please get it, they were very rude to her and said she didn't leave anything there and refused to let her check. We left after 3 days despite the refusal to refund and will definitely not go back based on these incidents...
