I cannot say enough about this house, we loved it! We rented this property for the OSU v Michigan game and it was exactly what we needed. Convenient to the Big House and all of downtown, restaurants and the UofM. The owners have clearly thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Each bedroom had comfortable beds, high end bedding and adequate space. Several living areas to watch tv and the basement was awesome with a cozy spot to hang out and even indoor corn hole. The owners were helpful, responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend! We will be back! A+++

The house was perfect for a football weekend. It’s very cute, had lots of great spaces to hang out and was an easy walk to the stadium. Communication with Carol was great.

Stayed here with my husband and two boys and we had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room for all of us in the house. It was updated, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. Carol was easy to get a hold of and helpful.

Tucked away in a quiet neighboorhood near the University of Michigan this charming house has all you need and more. The owners attention to detail is outstanding.

This was our third stay at this property and it was another awesome experience!! We find this home to be super comfortable/cozy, clean, and very convenient to access all that Ann Arbor has to offer! The hosts couldn’t be nicer and go out of their way to make sure each stay is smooth from start to finish…extra touches make the experience perfect! We travel a lot and stay at a lot of rental properties…there are few that meet standards to return and this one definitely does! We will be back!!

This home holds so much pride! It is EXTREMELY CLEAN BUT ALSO EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE! The owners are very responsive and kind and could not be more accommodating. We have stayed in many rentals over the years and if I could give this home more than 5 stars I absolutely would!!

We spent a winter weekend in this home (2 adults, 1 college student, 2 teens) to enjoy time back in Ann Arbor, including a hockey and basketball game. The house is walking distance from MI Stadium and close to shopping. It was extremely clean, well decorated, everything was clearly labelled and well organized. Carol accessible and responsive and provided a lot of resources/recommendations (attractions, restaurants, etc.). There was a beautiful sun porch and backyard area (that the weather didn't allow us to use); games, including corn hole; multiple TVS; full kitchen; comfortable beds. Beds all on the main level. Highly recommend this property.

In town for our son’s graduation from Michigan and the house was in a perfect location. Carol was responsive and helpful. Home was clean and decor was lovely. M Go Blue had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this charming home! We were in town for the Michigan football game, but it was sooo cold we left stadium early and were thrilled to have the option to thaw out and watch the last quarter on tv. So many thoughtful touches in this home, from VERY well-stocked bathrooms and kitchen, to fresh donuts waiting upon our arrival. Beds and linens were fantastic too! And while the house isn’t big, the charming finished basement and sunporch gives a group lots of room to spread out. (Backyard looked really cute too; would be great to stay here in decent weather, and walk to game!) Thanks so much Carol; we hope to be back!

Property was very comfortable and relaxing. Seems recently updated with an effort to make the property an enjoyable place to stay. The sunroom and renovated basement are both great additions.

The property is well kept and includes two lounging areas. Nice finishes and a full, usable basement. Walk to the games!

Dave and Carol are amazing! The attention to detail in the house was wonderful. Extremely comfortable king bed. Great kitchen! We were here to help my son and daughter in-law with their new baby. Cooked a lot of big meals here. There is a wonderful finished basement for watching games or movies. We weren’t able to take advantage of that this time. But next time we will . We will definitely stay here again.

Property is furnished very comfortably and completely and was immaculately clean for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and the location was perfect for us -- convenient but also quiet.

Thank you to Carol and Dave for a wonderful weekend in Ann Arbor.! Your home was perfect for our family of four. Pictures of the home don't even do it justice. The location was perfect to UofM campus for all of our sporting events. It was only 45 min to Detroit from the house. The house was immaculate and you can tell Carol and Dave enjoy hosting. They had everything we could possibly need. The beds were so comfy that my son didn't want to get out of bed each day :) My kids loved the four seasons room and the indoor corn hole in the finished basement was genius. They didn't have to go out in the cold to play :) The donuts on arrival were a wonderful gesture. We really don't have any recommendations for improvement and we definitely plan to be back. If you’re going to the big house, this is a great place to stay. It’s an easy walk to campus. We also enjoyed walking around in Ann Arbor. It was a very welcoming place to visit.

Carol is an excellent and welcoming host who offers an impeccably clean and well appointed home in a great neighborhood. Although the house had everything we needed, Carol still checked in to make sure we were well taken care of. Can not recommend more highly. Our stay was perfect in every way.
