Breakfast spread and setting, the sea view from the property and the room, private path down to the sea. Close enough to comfortably walk to the centre. Air conditioned room. Cleanliness. Nearby street parking.

Unreasonably priced for a B&B. The in-room shower closet was not well planned. WiFi in rooms rather too weak.

Perfect location. Very clean. The breakfast was fabulous prepared by Natalie every morning and views looking at the water were great well eating. Natalie was very helpful with anything we asked her. Our first night we could not get the air conditioner to work and told her and was working by the time we got back to our room which was too hot to sit or sleep in since it was so hot with the humidity. Francesco the owner was very helpful in showing us the place as well as making sure we had a good stay. Francesco’s mother lived next door and she watched out for anyone that seemed to needed help. I came back from walking at nighttime and had difficulty opening the door, she came right over and helped me.

This in just some side notes but doesn’t take away from how fabulous this place was. I was traveling with my 78 year old mother that has arthritis so to get to house you have to walk down a steep slant then up steps to the room. Our bathroom was very tiny. I must of misread wrongs as I thought there was supposed to be a refrigerator in each room-but you can use refrigerator in kitchen if needed. I also misread the listing wrong as it said pool/ beach towel available and thought there was pool - but next door Francesco’s brother owns place and offered my mom to use if she couldn’t make it to beach.

Our stay was amazing. Getting there was a little tricky for our gps, after we called and ended up in another wrong turn, "La Signora" appeared, jumped into the backseat, and we arrived soon after. We were so grateful. Everything was lovely, Natasha was efficient in getting everyone's breakfast ready each morning and tidying up the rooms by the afternoon. Having a washer was very handy for us, that was a big plus. There are many paths to go to the beach, all include stairs, but that was very manageable for us and typical, in the area. The location is near a small store where they sell home grown produce, this was plus. We were about three minutes walk to the center of town, which was great as there were ample choices for eating, yet it is far enough for a quiet night's sleep. The property was beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast on the terrace at the edge of the hillside, watching the sea and talking with new friends. It was just breathtaking. Everything really does look like the pictures. The rooms are large enough for a king bed and armoire. We met our new Hungarian friends there, so Lisca Bianca and Tropea will always be special for us.

The only 'issue' we had was that the set up for the bathroom doors was a little off. They slide and can become stuck, which was not an issue during the day, but at night when you're sleeping and someone is pulling the doors it can be a little much. And when closed there are gaps between the back of doors and the wall. The light in the bathroom is on a motion sensor, so be certain you know where everything is while you're in the shower. These may seem significant, but we're planning to return with our whole family, so not that big of deal.

Simply perfect - from helpful nice staff to breathtaking view from the terrace. Everything was superclean. I do not know whether we more enjoyed mornings with delicious breakfasts on terrace with sea view or evenings watching the sun setting in the sea close to volcano Stromboli. It takes you few minutes to the beach and in same distance is historic city center.

All aspects of our stay were exceptional. The friendly host and staff were very welcoming and were keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The sea view from the garden area was priceless!

Location is great, the view from the room's balcony and the terrace where breakfast is served is amazing and alone worth the money. Staff was very friendly and nice! Would definitly stay there again!

There was nothing I didn't like really, maybe the shower cabin was a bit small, you could hardly turn around (I'm 6 feet tall and thin) and there were only a few channels working on TV, others had no signal.
