Beautiful place and friendly staff. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable with everything needed. Beautiful view of ocean. Very quick and good laundry service.

On my first night, someone from the reception woke me up at 1.30 am in the middle of the night to tell me my credit card didn't register well, and they needed a new credit card to close the books! I asked if it couldn't wait until the next morning, but the person said no as he wanted to close the books the same night. I think was very unfortunate. Besides this incident, the staff was friendly and did a good job.

Excellent choices with at table ordering for certain dishes, ala dim sum. Prompt waiter service also

Really did not encounter anything that we might complain about, other than slow checkout at 3am. Two people at desk but only one computer terminal open( out of three I believe) and both workers involved with each checkout while others waited
