Very helpful staff

Was a little difficult to find at night,

Location, price, easy to access

Cigarette buds in the garden, cigarette smell in the bathroom

Nothing

Plug socket didn’t work so didn’t charge my phone. Guy fast asleep in reception snoring and talking in his sleep

The lady on evening reception was very, very helpful and friendly suggesting places to eat and offering to help us with our luggage.

The mattress desparately needs replacing....very thin and springs have gone in places. Had less than 3 hours of interrupted sleep on each of our 2 nights stay as a result.

Location was convenient off M4. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Room smelt of smoke even though it was meant to be no smoking. Someone had smoked in it prior to our stay. Shower drain really smelt until used then the smell cleared. Located next to busy road and roundabout so very noisy. Room was ok but mattresses not very comfortable. Probably could do do with some updating.

Vat invoice not given at all.

The room was too hot. I turned the radiator off in the bedroom. I couldnt leave the window open because of the noise of the traffic outside and aircrafts landing in Heathrow.

It's a clean and modern hotel, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is pretty good!

The walls are a bit thin so I found it hard getting to sleep the first night because I could hear the TV in the room next door.

Pleasant owners ,plenty of parking,located close to airport and plenty of shops, takeaways and hotels for bars near by... large kitchen but due to covid restricted but plenty of tea and coffee and a microwave..great value for money

Great location and friendly staff.

Broke down halfway had to wait on the hard shoulder for 4n a half hrs keeping 3 young children behind the barrier, was then recovered to a near by tesco car park and waited further for assistance. Had to pay £300 to get us home. We broke down at 8am and didn't get home until 6pm Rang the hotel was told I should of rang earlier and they couldn't help, I've emailed the hotel manager and explained but my email has been ignored I had difficultywith keeping 3 young kids safe this was the priority at the time. All I requested was a date change as we were travelling for Chessington world of adventure and they have moved our dates
