It is right above Sainsbury Local and very close to the Underground. Good TV channels with Netflix.

1. The main entrance to the apartment is faulty. I didn't need the key to enter. So could anyone. 2. The room has a bland interior and is smaller than I expected. Amenities are just basic. 3. The walkway lights in the room halfway are supposed to be motion-activated and were faulty. It was so annoying because it keeps turning on and off by itself and I have no way to turn it off manually. 4. The bed is so bad. The springs are uneven, and boinging to my body turn.

Sainsbury under the Property. Hounslow West Station next to the Peroperty. Bus Station infront. So many choice of Foods and Private transportation available. Safe place. Heathrow airport very near.

We asked them to keep our luggage for couple of hours because our train was at 5pm for Manchester and they asked us to leave at 11. But they refused or said its your responsibility. So we wait 5 hours at train station with luggage and kids :(

The space, size and location of the property is top notch. Quality of fittings is great. The most considerate hosts who were gracious enough to extend the check-out time first to 2pm and then to 4pm. The tube and bus station are just a few steps away and the supermarket is at the ground floor in the same building.

Needs some more furniture (another sofa in the living room), side tables in the bedrooms. Also, needs a dishwasher. The number of cutlery/utensils was also less.

It is located very close to Hounslow West. Very convenient location, with a lot of food joints and shops nearby. The facility was very clean and spacious. We hosted a family event and surely had a great family day in 🙂

Not exactly didn't like, but something that we learnt. We had to use specific utensils to cook on the induction hot plates, which was infact provided, but we took our own utensils which didn't work. So just use the ones provided at the facility 😅

They arranged a late check in as our flight came in after their normal hours, then an extra nights stay for us easily and quickly. The cleaner was exceptionally welcoming, she arranged a suitable time with us to clean during the stay and nothing was too much trouble. Very close to the tube and shops.

Great apartment. Clean and we'll equiped Location is perfect near to tube station, supermarket and some great restaurants
