The hosts' attention to detail and consideration of their guests are exemplary, they couldn't have done more to enhance our stay. Good quality furnishings and facilities, abundant equipment.
Difficult to find parking. An ideal property if you don't have a car with nearby stops for the Lothian Bus network.

The apartment is modern and very welcoming, It's spacious and it s well located as you have a bus stop around the corner to move around Edinburgh. You have plenty of products if you wish to cook yourself or just have a cup of tea,coffee or anything. WiFi is available and works properly.Lots of books and dvd provided for entertainment and maps or brochures to guide you trough the area. The location it's ok with supermarkets and shops/coffee shops around.
Check in system works properly,you just have to follow the instructions and also the host let us check in early as the apartment was available.
Really recommended for couples,group of friends or families.

Very confortable apartment, very well equipped and clean. Located in a quite area but well communicate by public transport. Bright facility. Excellent for families.
No elevator and the common access staircase was dirty.

The neighborhood is good, close to bus station, stores and restaurants.
Need to use bus, 9 stops to get to the center, not too far maybe 15minutes which is fair enough.

The stairwell up to the apartment was in urgent need of cleaning, but once in the aprtment all was fine and the location was great.

The hosts are very kind and prompt to help.
The flat was perfect for my kids.
They keep a varied range of books, board games, and CDs, not only for kids but also for adults.

What a cracking wee spot! I almost don't want to review so we have a chance of it being free the next time we visit! Everything you could need, and so many wee touches. I'm not exaggerating when I say we were sad to leave.

Good location, easily getting to the old town by buses; taking an uber from the aiport was perfect
The hosts are very nice, you can contact them and they're always helpful.
Exceptional cleaning and I am a germophobe...
The apartment has been equipped with anything you need in incredible details. It's obvious that the hosts put themselves in their clients' place thinking what will be needed.
The place is very homey, cozy.
The single downside is the bathroom door, it's too noisy and if you need to go to bathroom during night, it's possible to wake up your companions. I am sure that this can be solved anyway.

Absolutely everything. The property was so well appointed with everything possible that you might need with some really thoughtful welcome gifts for New Year as well as tasteful Christmas decorations
It was ideally placed for our needs whilst the 11 gets you straight into town. Although we did not meet the hosts due to COVID restrictions, the messages/ notes were so personal and friendly.
That we had to leave.

lovely apartment, very warm and welcoming with personal touches. even better than the pictures. cleaning was also spotless. we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again next time we are in Edinburgh

Everything you could possibly think of has been provided and things you didn't have been included as well.
Superb location in Morningside with bus routes in and out of the city just round the corner although I'd recommend trying some of the local pubs and restaurants in this lovely location if you have the time .
The hosts have created an absolute gem in Hamish's Hame .
