Wonderful views from the property. The apartment was immaculate. Great location. Wonderful host.

It is a walk up hill to get back to the property. It's not long, would only really effect you if you had an issues

The apartment is clean and spacious for a family of four and location is great, in the middle of Marjan hill and the old town. We love the sunset view from the patio. Elena is very hospitable and gave us a city map with all the instructions for the restaurants, beaches and which gate to start entering the Diocletain Palace. All in all, Elena and her daughter are the best hosts during our 17-day road trip.

Very nice apartment and a very nice host. The big balcony with a very nice view over Split was very appreciated. The location is high and can be hard when it's hot and you are tired but it's worth it. The apartment is silent and we didn't here anything from the city.

Fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the old town center and the marjan Park (which is a beautiful places for a walk with great views). The view from the balcony is stunning and we also liked the small balcony on the other side of the flat right next to the sleeping room.

The location was great and the apartment had fabulous views of the bay and the city. The host was extremely helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The facilities exceeded our expectations and I would recommend this apartment to everyone. I would certainly go back.

If/when in Split, this is the place to be. The view in the upper (2nd floor) apartment is just beautiful.

The apartment is in an exclusive location and only a 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and Riva. The spectacular view from the apartment and from the spacious terrace puts the crown on this extremely clean and comfortable apartment. The owner lady is really helpful and supportive if something is needed. Highly recommended place!

We were welcomed very warmly, the apartment was very clean and well equipped and the views are amazing. It is very close to the city center yet quiet.

This apartment was amazing, luxurious including the outside area, and super clean, we felt really spoilt and loved our week-long stay. Elena was incredible and very friendly really helpful with advice, places to visit in the city as well as good restaurants. The apartment had a stunning view and an amazing location just a short walk to the main areas. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to stay in Split and cant wait to revisit.

Everything was great! Palmina and Elena were both really friendly and Elena even gave us her antiseptic cream for our mosquito bites! The apartment and terrace are both gorgeous and it's a short walk to both the town, beaches and forest. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Split :)

We wanted a clean and private accommodation for a short stay in Split as my wife is in remission from cancer so large hotels do not work for us. What an amazing surprise this property was. This was our fourth trip to Split and we had not been in the Marjan area before. If you like to hike you are moments away from an incredible park and mere steps, literally down to the Riva. Not only was the view amazing, but the apartment was modern and well appointed. Elena, the property manager's mom, was nearby and could not have been more helpful, even arranging for a 4:30 am taxi pickup for us. We have told all our family and friends about the property for their future plans.

Nothing about the property was wrong, I wish there were three apartments so we could stay there with our friends and family when we return in future .

Absolutely loved the location, great views and walking distance to old town and a lovely national park. The apartment was so clean and came with all the amenities you would need for a short or long term stay. The best part was waking up to their beautiful dog every morning who was waiting for cuddles! We would 100% stay again next time we visit Split and highly recommend it to our friends and family!
