Stunning view from my room which was a self contained unit with a small kitchen. It was very new. Konstantine came and picked me up from where my taxi was waiting. Very kind , helpful hosts. There was a walkway close to the house which was a short cut down to the border area which was handy.
If you have a heavy bag there are quite a few stairs to navigate but a stunning view as the prize. It's quite a long way along a very windy, narrow road. It was good that Konstantine came to pick me up. Because it room was so high the hot water takes a long time to reach the shower.

Konstantin is a very kind host. He helped us with finding another place to stay after we checked out from his place because it was fully booked. The house was cozy, warm and quiet with a beautiful view of mountains, orange trees and beach. The beach was close to the house. There was some small shops, restaurants. The borders to Turkey is so close. There was a shared kitchen and washing machine.
The water was not very warm

The owners are extremely friendly, helpful and nice. The place was super clean and very comfortable as there is a nice area outside the rooms where you can hang out on some couches and make tea.
The location is also very good, very very good if you plan to sleep over and cross the border the next day. There is a small picturesque path leading to the border offices that takes like 5 minutes to head down.
Finding the place via Google maps can be a bit tricky, but it's not too bad. The only other thing was that the warm water in the bathroom wasn't very hot.

A lovely guesthouse with many separate spaces and lots of space. The rooms are very confortable and some have view to the sea. There is a fully equiped kicthen in a very nice glass house separeted from the main house where the rooms are. Very green space, inside of nature. Great Wi-fi works.
There is no breakfast options from the guesthouse, so you have to buy in advance your own things and cook your breakfast. The location is a bit uphill, which could be a problem for some people.

Location close to the sea and great restaurant Aleko. Nice hosts, comfortable beds.
The room contained only the most necessary things (bed, wardrobe and one bedside table, one electrical socket), which seems impersonal.

It is literally right on the border. In fact you walk along the border fence to go down to Sarpi.Lots of trees,a wood and great sunset view.A big living room to socialise in.A good casino,Kings, to go for breakfast or pass the time in the evening.
A shared bathroom. It was really an outdoor toilet with a shower hose attached to the sink.Too small.House is hard to find + quite far uphill.Cannot do with luggage. My taxi driver had no idea where it was.(Easy walk downhill without the luggage).Would be nice to provide breakfast but the lady owner teaches at the school so that wouldn't be possible without hiring someone.

Konstantin and his wife Thea, who speaks perfect English, are very open, hospitable and helpful people. We immediately felt at home there. The homemade wine of Konstantin is the best wine I have drunk in my life. You must definitely try it. The rooms of the guesthouse are simple, very clean, modern and comfortable. In the shared kitchen, which is beautifully situated in the garden, you will find everything you need for cooking and you will meet other interesting guests there. The surroundings of Sarpi are beautiful. It is only a few hundred meters to the sea. But we liked the mountains the most. On the hikes you not only have wonderful views, you are also invited again and again by very friendly and hospitable local people. We had very interesting conversations with them. Last but not least we want to mention Kiba, the dog of the family. He is so incredibly cute and friendly and has often accompanied us on our walks. Once he even crossed the Turkish border with us! We miss Konstantin, Thea, Kiba and Sarpi already and hope to come back there soon. Thank you very much for everything, Thea and Konstantin! With best wishes Katharina und Mohammad

We had a very comfortable stay, it is close to the beach, also from Sarpi it is easy to go around. We loved the little village and the hosts made us feel at home. Clean, accommodating and great value for money.

I really enjoyed staying at Konstantin's house!
The room is spacious, clean, with newer furniture and has everything you need. It's perfect for any season, since you have an AC and the house is warm. You have a kitchen available, fast wifi, more than enough hot water in the shower, soap, towels, comfortable bed, washing machine, drying rackets, living room, beautiful view, close to nature etc. Basically anything you'll need for a comfortable stay. And there's only 3min walk to the border with Turkey or to the beach.
On top of that you are made to feel at home. Konstantin and his family are very kind hearted and hospitable, and I'm very happy to have stayed with them! And they have the cutest dog and a cat:)) I really recommend this place and I would definitely stay again <3

Sarpi and especially this guesthouse was the most surprising experience i had in Georgia, real georgian hospitality. The whole family was so welcoming and nice and it was a pleasure to talk to Tea, who is a english Teacher by the way. They invited me for food of the garden all the time and Konstantin showed me how thdy make wine. The water in Sarpi was super clear and you could almost think you are in Asia because of the vegetation there.
Nothing bad at all

Great location with fascinating views over the sea and the mountains. Hotel is very clean and cozy. Hosts are amazing. Trail down to the sea goes alongside the Georgian-Turkish border and is absolutely wonderful place. Highly recommended for people who need to spend their vacation by the Black sea. Would visit again definitely.
