This attractive, well appointed and equipped property offers first class accommodation in an ideal location for Eastbourne and the surrounding area. Very comfortable and specious, with an attractive veranda and good parking for two cars. The Owners were extremely helpful and a pleasure to meet

Tim and Julie were perfect hosts and from the moment we arrived when we received a really warm and friendly welcome to when we left we could not of asked or hoped for more. Their property is as exactly as described and more and you can see they have given a lot of thought in wanting to ensure their guests have a very comfortable place to stay. We have been using VRBO for many years and their property is without doubt one of the nicest and best places we have stayed. Thank you to you both for the significant part you played in making our stay in Eastbourne so thoroughly enjoyable and memorable. David and Michelle

We stayed here for one night. Theres space for 2 cars, there are 3 double beds, a couch, a washing machine and a shower. We were a party of 5 and it was fine. Very quiet, lots of privacy and about 30-40mins walk from the town. There is also a bus. Would stay again if I was back that way.

This property is so much bigger than it looks on the photos. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, friendly host who was really accommodating with check in time. Needed a taxi into Eastbourne but the taxi company was great and it was no problem. I could not fault this property and would definately stay again.

We had the most perfect stay at the lodge. You can tell every aspect had been thoughtfully considered. The lodge is immaculate and has everything you need and more. A very well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and sofas, a lovely seating area on the decking at the front and really lovely decor inside too. Tim and his family are excellent hosts, so friendly and happy to help if needed aswell as being able to advise regarding things to do in the area. Very convenient location too with a beautiful park within 5 minutes walk and close to the centre of Eastbourne too. Would definately recommend!
