Awesome location, team are really warm and hospitable and the swimming pools are awesome!

The treadmills in the gym were super dangerous as they stop and start mid run which could cause issues

We loved this place , great swimming pool , breakfast fantastic all set in a beautiful peaceful location. All the staff are very nice . Went on the complimentary tour of the silk factory which was very interesting they have a bus to take you into the town as its a little way out from Hoi an , but we also walked it in around 30mins.

Very friendly staff and very accommodating especially on our last day with looking after luggage. Nice food and swimming pool. Enjoyed the silk village tour.

A beautiful property. Loved the villas grounds and pool

Originally we were booked in to the interconnecting family rooms. The toilet was in the bedroom. While it had frosted glass in the middle there was no privacy for anyone in the toilet or in the room. When we raised this the following morning they suggested we pay to upgrade to connecting villas. They reduced the price but it would have been nice to have them do this free of charge given the set up in the original rooms. However it was well worth it!! Also I suggest they change their happy hour to buy one get one free rather than buy 2 get one free. Drinks are a lot more expensive here and it would be lovely to have the benefit of a real 2 for 1 happy hour. They happily included the kids in cocktails and it was a really special place to stay. This was our favourite place for the 4 weeks we were in Vietnam and Cambodia

Beautiful property, immaculate rooms. 2 large pools were lovely. Short cab ride or shuttle to the old town (like 2km/ AUD$3) and nicely out of the hustle and bustle. Lovely staff. We had an interconnecting family villa it was massive, very comfortable with kids. Food at the restaurant also excellent.

My family and I had a great stay at the Mulberry. We booked for 2 nights and we were given an upgrade with the 2 inter-connecting rooms being fantastic for our family of 4. Very clean rooms with lots of space and very comfy beds. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a great range of both Asian and Western options. A standout for us on our stay was both the 2 pool areas and the kids club. We really enjoyed the use of the kids club especially with the weather not being great it helped keep our little one well entertained! Easy access to town and beaches also especially using Grab or taxi. In all loved our stay here and highly recommend for travellers looking for a place just outside the hustle and bustle of the main town area and close enough to the beaches also!
