Would stay again!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and adorable. It was a short walk to the pier and shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a great time! My only negative experience was the hot water for showers ran out very quickly. You will want to take super fast showers and space them apart. So allow time for that. Otherwise this is a great place to stay! Recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The furnishings were very nice along with the decor. Really felt at home here. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Enough dishes, pans etc to make a few meals. It was a short easy walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Interior very nice. Exterior not so much. Patio view is of trash cans, dirty alley, drunks. Can’t see the ocean from here. Parking was a confusing continuous challenge. Unique key pad, but we finally figured it out. Would not return to location with my grands; but adults ok. Lot of teens running around til 3am, some intoxicated and some smoking marijuana. Frankly we could not figure out timers on oven, washer & dryer. I thought there was a pool, but we could not locate; did not bother owner about that because it was unseasonably cold this week. Tybee is always wonderful. Sunrise restaurant directly across street, very convenient. And also two Savannah Banana games!

Place is very well kept up and is a stone throw away to everything.

So close to everything we know and love about Tybee! We will definitely be in touch to stay again.

This location is close to several restaurants, shops, and the beach. While the view from the balcony isn't that great, and you can hear singing from the bars, it was overall a wonderful place to stay. The master bed was very comfortable and clean. We did need to clean a ceiling fan in one of the rooms (as my daughter is allergic to dust), but we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful! The owner was easy to reach and very nice! Close proximity to the pier, beach, stores. We had a wonderful stay!!!

We had a blast. The condo was great and in a great location. I look forward to using this as my next destination on Tybee island.

My wife and I have been going to Tybee the last three summers, and this was by FAR our best stay yet! The condo was very clean and cozy and it couldn’t be in a better spot. We are huge fans of the restaurants (and the cocktails) and everything was within walking distance. I will be coming back to this spot next summer for sure!

Great location on South Beach with easy access to the Pier and beach. Unit was very clean and well stocked. Would recommend for anyone looking for a stay in the area.

Unbelievable cold and rain on check-in but better everyday ! Appreciated the elevator. Want to come again.

Owners were super helpful to make sure my husband’s mobility scooter could access the unit. Close to bars, shops and restaurants. Hope to be able to visit again.

Very nice place to stay, close to beach, walking distance to lots of places to eat and drink. We had a problem with the tv, we called Jody and he came right away to replace it. If i ever go again would definitely stay there.

The Condo was exactly as described. Clean and well maintained. The location was excellent close to the beach and wonderful restaurants etc. Would stay there again

To be honest, the pictures do not do the condo justice. It looked really nice online, but in person it’s absolutely amazing. The location can’t be beat! We stayed with my parents who are very difficult to please, and tend to find something wrong with everything, but they said this was the best place ever. 😊 We definitely hope to return in the near future! We had an amazing stay in Jody's condo. The condo was very clean and spacious. My husband & I went with my mother, my sister, & my sister's teenage son. We could have easily had 2 more with us. The condo is in a perfect location on Tybee Island with lots of great restaurants, bars, & shopping within an easy walk. The best part of the location is definitely the proximity to the beach & the Tybee Island pier. Even though it was a very busy time, while inside the condo, we never heard anything outside. We didn't hear anyone beside or above us either. It's also wonderful to have 2 parking spots. The spots are large & covered. We also can't forget that we were only a short drive to the most beautiful & interesting city in the South - Savannah is only a 20 min drive. Between Savannah & Tybee, it's impossible to get bored. We had one hiccup our first night, but Jody was there to fix it THAT very night! He was incredibly responsive every time we spoke with him. Next time we go to Tybee, I will definitely check for availability at Jody's condo first.

The place was perfect for what we wanted - close to everything plus very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Rental is perfect place to chill and relax. Walking distance to everything Tybee has to offer. Super clean! Pictures don’t do it justice. NO complaints. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Property was just like in the pictures, clean, easy access, comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay, easy access to the beach (a couple blocks) fun restaurants and shops to enjoy near by! Thank you!

The condo was perfect! This was my 3rd stay in that condo for the run fest. The exterior of the complex needs some TLC and the downtown area of Tybee seems to have become neglected and in need of attention. Maybe bc of Covid? I haven’t been to Tybee since 2017. It’s sad bc that is such a neat area!
