Staff are so welcoming and friendly, 'Made' and the team are brilliant and made our 1st trip to Bali most memorable, we made the most of pool and spa which were great.We miss you all already.. see you again! Suksma.

i love everything about the property. the view, the size of the villa, the staffs and everything

the location is too far from town, a little bit spooky at night but still ok, the air conditioning need to be upgraded cause the villa is too big. get sweat at night due to the unpowerful air conditioning

Beautiful pool and very helpful and kind staff.

All the villas have little holes on the ceiling from where animals can sneak in. In our case, it was a mouse first. Staff was very nice and changed us to another villa, but we left the hotel after a lizard sneaked into this second one.

it’s in the middle of nowhere, the room was so dirty and ants everywhere, the pool was being treated so we couldn’t use it when we got there:( the sheets had stains on them and the bath was so stained! the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room, only 1 very basic cafe/restaurant near by. such a shame because the staff were lovely:( if all you are after is air con and a room then maybe it’s for you but I wouldn’t recommend otherwise.

Nice and beautiful place to stay

We had the whole hotel almost only for ourselves. It was spotless clean. Our villa was amazing, with lots of space. Swiming pool is very big. Good for swimming. Staff very friendly and helpfull

The place was empty.

Be prepared to climb countless stairs to get around. The hotel is isolated with no other restaurants around so I paid US rates for soup and juice (10 USD), 6 ounces of milk for my coffee (3 USD). For Arranged trip to water palace 7 km away (60 USD RT). No view of the ocean and too far to walk. The hotel charges what they want. Slow wifi and internet.
