The great location ! You are right in front of lipa beach which is a very nice place for snorkelling and corals seeing. The view over the sea and from the restaurant is also very enjoyable. You can fall asleep listening to the sounds of the waves. The breakfast is delicious. Our room was very clean and confortable with all the equipment we needed.

Wonderful resort!! Very good location! Not many tourists and amazing beach and coral reef just outside the hotel. Overall AMAZING. Very good food at the hotel as well! And very very lovely staff!!

it’s a little old, the rooms are not like the other beautiful rooms we had for this price so you pay for the sandy beach and the snorkel adventure in front off the hotel

It was our wedding anniversary and they decorated the room beautifully with flowers and fruits . They were also very accommodating my diet for breakfast. Owner Sasa, spoke us and told us to inform if we have any needs and he did take care when requested. They arranged free pick up from Amed and also picked up after I returned by bicycle. Highly recommended .

Perfect location, beautiful room, nice food!

Located directly on Lipah Beach, one of the best snorkling spots of Bali. Beautiful view from the front porch of the apartment or restaurant. Good room, spacious bathroom and really nice staff! Guys on the beach also really great (beach beds or snorkling equipment not part of the resort, but is run by local people so expect to pay extra for that). Make sure you stack up on cash before arrival, because ATM’s are rare and most of the time out of order. Luckily you can pay with card almost everywhere, but expect a 3% fee on the total price.

Breakfast was OK, nothing special. Prices for lunch/dinner were a bit high, but there are enough options around (such as Di Lipah Warung).

the location was great near to the best snorkeling beach in the neighborhood, with the sea view. Calm sea, quite a small beach and not many hotels, so not crowded however clean, nice and with access to many good restaurants.

Proximity to the water and the food at the restaurant was excellent. While the room was comfortable and clean, it didn't quite measure up to the pictures posted on the website.

They say they have a dive operation onsite. That is not exactly true, they used to have one. I think it was a casualty of Covid. The operation now consists of a sign. There are no tanks or weight, not even snorkeling gear. The actual dive shop is a half mile down the road and they are fully equipped and they do offer free transportation but you're expecting tanks at the resort to be able to dive at your leisure, you'll be disappointed.

I had difficulty using the safe initially, (you need to enter the code quite quickly) the staff were helpful in trying to identify the problem and the issue was resolved but I didn’t feel confident about leaving money in the safe.

Great stay near the beach but 15 minutes drive from Amed “centre”. beach is nice with snorkelling, and although I have no issue supporting locals the bed renting and husseling on the beach was (only little) annoying. overall good value for money clean rooms excellent airco’s !

Beautiful architecture, great location for snorkeling directly in front, comfy rooms, good on site restaurant. Sun beds and snorkeling equipment available for a small fee from vendors at the beach in front of the hotel. No Grab or Go Jek in Amed so better rent a scooter because transportation is more expensive then other places in Bali. A few nice restaurants walking distance from the hotel if you don’t want to go to Amed.

Pool is kind of small, not very convenient for sunbathing or just lounging around

Fabulous location right on Lipah Beach, with good snorkeling right there - lots of colourful fish.Lovely upstairs room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Very good value given its location.

The restaurant food was only average at best. Some sewerage smells around the property, especially near the pool recliners. This is nothing to do with the hotel, but if you book a boat snorkeling trip, be aware that the going rate will get you only in one direction ie either Japanese wreck OR Jemuluk Beach but not both (which is ridiculous given the price and short distances). We were led to believe by the tout on the beach that we'd be taken both directions. Snorkeling off Jemuluk Beach was better than at Lipah Beach and there are more restaurants etc so probably best off staying there

The sun beds at the beach do not belong to the hotel, so you have to pay for them. On the second day we just used the sun beds by the pool

i love the food, the beach, the view from my room, the staff very well trained & helpfull.

the ac is exactly in front of our face. and the bed curtain need to be wash. and the bathroom has lots of centipedes.
