The lights needs fixing but overall happy

Room was great. Shower and toilet is outside but NO BUGS and shower was AMAZING

Room did have small ants come in when food was left on table. (even just 10 minutes and they were there) Door to cabin as quiet difficult to lock.

Good location, lady on reception was very helpful. We had a granddaughter who was sick late at night, and the people at the park responded very quickly and did not complain. Thank you.

We loved the shower and the van. The only down side was that the shower got clogged up, but was to do with the drain we were told. Other than that the water pressure and shower was very nice. The van didn't have heating, or we didn't know where to find it. Otherwise comfortable and quiet surroundings.

Absolutely loved all the staff and the facilities with kids it’s so hard to go somewhere and have entertainment for the kids. My boys loved the pool! And got to meet amazing people due to going there almost every afternoon.

The bed uncomfortable and pillows hard and not enough blankets.

The bed was awesome ...very comfortable

Floor was dirty.. dust stuck to our feet walking on the floor without thongs. Broken microwave door , a health and safety issue that should be a priority. Not for us discovery park. Not to mention due to being stuck in flood waters I received an email that my nights stay had been approved to be moved to the next night by Jenna, only to be told I had to pay again on the day of arrival. Very disappointed.
