My family and I had a great stay. The location could not have been better for walking to restaurants/the beach. Rebecca was very responsive and flexible.

Had a great week-long stay at this lovely house within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The house was perfect for me and my adult son and his family plus my dog. The house was well equipped and lovely inside so we felt right at home. The outdoor patio was a great place to gather and hang out. It is totally fenced in so it was a safe environment for my dog. Being able to get up in the morning and take the dog for a run and swim at the beach was wonderful. The owner was very helpful suggesting places to go to in the area and very responsive if we had any questions. Would totally consider returning again.

The house was perfect for our 4 night stay in Newport. Rebecca was a great host and kept in touch throughout the week to make sure our stay was going smoothly. She recommended places to eat and fun outings for our kids plus dog. House was very clean, with large kitchen and great backyard. Easton beach and several restaurants all within 10 min walk. Everything about the house was great.. location to the beach, restaurants, and neighborhood walks with the dog. The backyard was perfect to unwind after the beach. We will be back!!

The property was a charming cape-style house with a fenced back yard which was perfect for accommodating our two Goldendoodles. The location was convenient to Newport. Just a 5-minute ride to the mansions and harbor. It was also a short walk to the beach. Check-in and checkout information was complete and timely, and Rebecca got back to us quickly via phone/TXT when we had additional questions. We enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to rent again when we are in the area.

We stayed at this lovely, welcoming home for our wedding weekend. The home was very clean, had everything we needed, had an amazing patio and the neighborhood/location was perfect! Rebecca was an amazing host, a wonderful person and we were so thankful to have chosen this property for our wedding weekend!

Came here for a girls trip and we all loved it! House was so cute, fit us all perfectly!! The neighborhood is amazing and close by to everything. The owner was great! Would love to stay here again for my next trip to Newport!!

This sweet home is very clean, newly furnished, and well equipped. The huge eat-in kitchen allowed us to save some money on food by making a few meals with rations from the FoodLove nearby. We relaxed in the sun on the patio and ate at the huge picnic table. The 5 minute walk to the beach was a perfect vacation for our dog (off season). We also walked to the Cliff Walk in Newport and biked all over Bristol and Newport. Owner Rebecca is attentive and generous. We will definitely be back.

This was a great spot for family, friends and dogs. The house is up to date and has spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We had 6 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog for a weekend, and felt like we had plenty of space. Rebecca was very communicative and gave great suggestions on what to do in the area. The location is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and 5-10 min drive to downtown Newport. The backyard is completely fenced in for dogs, and lots of patio furniture and access to the grill so you can enjoy being outside. Would definitely come back to this house again!

This charming cape house was fantastic for my friends & my weekend in Newport/Middletown!! For a large group of girls, the 10 minute walk to First Beach (Easton's Beach), quick drive to downtown Newport, spacious backyard, and ample sleeping options made our weekend special and carefree. Rebecca was an excellent host who kept in close contact to make sure all of our needs were met and that we knew everything we needed to about the house and area. The house itself had clearly just been cleaned when we checked-in, offering all of the amenities we needed to make our stay most comfortable. The outdoor shower was a huge plus. We spent much of our weekend lounging on the back patio, which enhanced our stay and gave us a place to recharge without going too far. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to take advantage of all Newport/Middletown has to offer and looking for an all around lovely place to call home!

Ellery House was perfect for our girls’ weekend. Rebecca was communicative and welcoming. The house was clean, comfortable and in a great location for getting to beaches & downtown Newport. I’d absolutely recommend this place!

We where looking for a place that the whole family could stay close to downtown Newport and Salve Regina University. The purpose of the trip was to drop off the youngest at Salve (freshman). This is the perfect location, and Rebecca is the best! She always communicated with us, even allowed us to stay an extra day, otherwise we’d have to drive back in hurricane weather to West Virginia. The house was very clean and cozy, nice size kitchen where we could have family meals. Loved the fact that we could walk to the beach and restaurant as well. Truly a perfect location, we will definitely be renting it again and again!

Rebecca’s home is a perfect, cozy escape! We left wishing we had another day in Newport paradise. Ellery House was the exact stay we were expecting. The patio is beautiful, and offered us a perfect spot to hangout, eat, grill, and enjoy the sun before heading downtown, or to the local brewery. Ellery is a short walk to the beach and the Cliff Walk, and offers access to some local restaurants within walking distance as well. Our stay at Ellery was for a bachelorette that included 8 adults. We did double up in the beds, which included a queen pull out, but we each slept comfortably. Downtown Newport is a short 8 minute drive from Ellery House, and getting an Uber was also a breeze. Rebecca was also an excellent property manager who was attentive to my questions, and accommodating. Rebecca’s home was clean and spacious even for a group of adults. Next time I am looking to stay in Newport, Ellery House will be on the top of the list- we loved our stay!

The location of this vrbo is great. It was walking distance to a market, liquor store and some restaurants which is very convenient. The house is right outside downtown Newport which made for a quick trip to the sites and restaurants. Rebecca was a great host

A great fully equipped cottage located in Newport on Aquidneck Island. A short distance from 1st, 2d, and 3d Beaches. Very comfortable and cozy. Owner was great to work with.

We enjoyed our stay at this property; the home was lovely. There were six of us and we all had plenty of space to sleep and hang out. And the house is in a terrific location, as it was walking distance to the beach, restaurants and convenience stores.
