Exceeded my expectations. Staff were helpful and warm, air conditioning was efficient and quick in cooling, and there was even a pool we could relax in. Location was super close to numerous amazing local and tasty Indonesian warungs that ranged between $1.60-$3 AUD/meal.

We stayed for one night because of our travel plans and we had a very pleasant stay. Our room was clean with enough space for your luggage. The staff was very friendly and you can refill your water for free. It's even possible to make some coffee in the shared kitchen. Highly recommended!

Only that the warm water of our bathroom lasted for a few minutes, but we believe that's almost everywhere.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and good value for money. The air conditioning worked well. There was a water cooler where we could refill bottles for free. Staff were super friendly and informative. Amazing value for money.

I wasn't keen on the area. The hotel is situated in a quieter street, however I found Kuta too busy.

The location is perfect, the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy. I wish I have booked more days there.

Very friendly staff, a quiet en friendly place, clean pool. Good shower. There are all kinds of small local shops and warungs in the area; a quite a contrast to the touristy Kuta!

The airco (and the outside unit) made lots of noise. The shelf in the bathroom was quite dirty. The place is a little remote from central Kuta and you need to take a desolate dark alley, or to take a detour along more lively areas. I took a Grab motorbike back, so no problem.

While very basic the location is great and the place is clean and comfortable. The team there are very friendly and helpful

The customer service from the staff here was superb- everyone was welcoming and polite. There is a fridge for use, free tea and coffee and nice seating areas. The pool was in great condition and was nice to cool down in. Room was very comfortable. Had some really nice chats with the owner he is a great guy who looks after his guests. Based in a local neighbourhood so nice and peaceful with good food all around.

Really nice guest house! Rooms are clean and equipped, you have a swimming pool, and it’s only 15min walk from the front beach. And special mention to the staff, the owner is incredibly nice and welcoming! Same with the whole team. I 100% recommend

Really nice stay. Room was clean, it had air-con and a fan which we always like. Location was good, easy to walk to places. Hosts were very friendly & helpful, we hired a motorbike for 70k easily.

The shower always went cold after about 3/4 minutes, it was very temperamental either really really hot, or cold. The wifi was not working all the time, may have been because we were one of the further rooms from reception area but we often had to use our own 4G.
