Breakfast made me feel at home and it was very balanced.located in a quiet area for great peace of mind

The checking in experience was exceptionally warm. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was superb. A place to recommend to anyone with pleasure.

The breakfast itself is good. The room itself and the bathroom were both clean and tidy.

The starting time for breakfast being 7am is not good, as you must rush the food in and travel to get to your 07h30 appointment. Contending with traffic around schools and university campus gates is a time spoiler. Breakfast should rather be served from 06h00/06h30 onwards.

Security and location exceptional.Friendly staff and there all the time to assist. Property easy to find and is near all amenities and main road.Breakfast is your usual one as guest houses really cook for few people at a time,so I didn’t really mind what they prepared but I enjoyed it. A good night sleep on not so firm and not so soft mattress ,it was perfect,linen soft and clean. Room was well stocked and clean, I loved the swimming pool though I didn’t swim as I left very early in the morning,it looked clean and inviting.

I didn’t find anything faulty to not like the property
