Everything, huge apartment, kept spotlessly clean 2 balconies with the most wonderful view.. We will be back.

Les vues sur la mer depuis le balcon. Bien entretenu, propre et Kalotina est très serviable.

Cet avis concerne l'appartement du haut. Les lits étaient TRÈS inconfortables avec des matelas usés. La cuisinière ne marchait pas et était remplacée par deux plaques électriques. Une seule prise pour trois appareils : plaques électriques, bouilloire et cafetière. Comme pour l'appartement en bas, l'accès rendu très difficile par absence de route bétonnée.

It was all very good

The view is very nice. Floors and bathroom were clean. The air conditioner was working and it had a nice terrace with pergola on the opposite side.

My number 1 criteria when I made the reservation for the apartment was for it to have 2 bedrooms. It's advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment, but it is in reality a 1 bedroom apartment. They just added 2 single beds to the living room. From the photos on booking.com I couldn't tell which apartment we would get, because there is more than one and the photos on the website are mixed and I couldn't tell the floor plan. We had only 1 bedroom (double bed is only 1,4m large) and the people that used it had to go through the living room and the kitchen to access the bathroom. The host simply don't describe it as it is in reality. It may be convenient for a couple with 2 kids aged between 3-10 years, but it's definitively not comfortable for 2 couples. You won't have a lot of privacy. We also asked gave us a crib and they gave us one for free which is fine, but it was very uncomfortable to use. It was one of the ones you can fold and use for traveling, so there's only the bottom level. So the mattress is bad and it's very uncomfortable if your baby is younger than 1 year. Ikea has very cheap cribs available with 2 levels and decent mattresses, why don't spend 100 euros and get one of those? We tried to reheat our food in the kitchen once and the oven didn't work. It was more the 30-40 years old and it didn't have any signs on the rotation things, so you couldn't tell which temperature or program you were using. Also, all the kitchen utensils and apparatus were not very clean and we washed everything again before we used it. The internet wasn't working at all during our stay. We told the host, they just resent us the password that wasn't working but didn't fix anything. So the internet didn't work the whole week. We didn't insist on it because we had unlimited data on our phones which was working.

Seaview was fantastic from well shaded balcony. Roomy and very clean. A/C in both rooms.

I could not operate wifi but I didn't bother to ask as I had data already purchased.

Wonderful apartment with a lot of space, two balconies with fantastic view (!) - even from the bed. :) And everything you may need was there. We enjoyed our stay in Emporio very much!

It seemed Kalotina was not there at that time. So we didn't have much contact.

The apartment was spacious with good air conditioning. The apartment was cleaned daily and beds made fresh which was nice. It’s very close to the beach and is beside 4/5 restaurants and a small super markets. It’s in the village of Emporios which is about a 40 minute drive from the main port! The area is quiet and peaceful. Hosts were helpful

Our taxi driver complained a number of times about the accessibility for driving to the property. She noted a number of drivers won’t cover the area although we rented a car during our stay and parked in the carpark beneath (about 2 minutes walk) and had no issues.
