the properties were nice and spacious. Christina the host was very helpful in advice on transport and information. Apartment well equipped with essentials like toiletries, iron etc. note it's very hard to taxi during summer period and when you do it is expensive.

Would of been great to have shower / bath mats in bathroom.

Excellent facilities. The room/studio is very modern and has everything one might need: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, tv, a comfortable bed and a balcony :) Staff was very helpful too. Great experience!

The manager, Cristina, was superb in communicating with me, and was on location to ensure check in was smooth and comfortable. She was also available for any queries, and responded very quickly. Fabulous host!

In the rooms that housed 4 people, it was tricky sharing one bathroom. Perhaps if the shower and toilet facilities are split up, it would mean more flexibility to use these between 4 people.

Very nice,.modern and clean apartment. Also a free and private parking which is great. Very kind, outgoing host. We anjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was fine.

Good contact with the person to get the key. The appartement was quite and big, we had all we needed for our stay. Parking available is a big plus and it was nicely located.

We did not manage to change the temperature but we did not ask for help so it could have probably been solved.

Good size apartment with private parking. It's got everything you need. Host was very nice. Huge balcony.

The street is very loud.

the place is nice, spacious and clean, everything is new and there’s plenty of storage space. the kitchenette is handy and has all the basics. the host is lovely and communication works well! there are two supermarkets close by, within a walking distance. the local jetty is a 10min walk from the place and you’ll be in como city with an 8min ferry ride. all in all it’s a good place to stay and everything works well.

there were no proper curtains, just light curtains which cover the windows but do not block the light so it’s very bright early on in the morning. the road is close by so it can be a bit noisy if not used to the sound of traffic. the mattress and pillows on the fold out couch could have been more comfortable. there weren’t any basic supplies in the kitchen so you have to get it all yourself.

The building is new (or very recently renovated) as per 2022. It is minimalistic with decent interior design. There is a bus stop a minute away from the property gate, which made moving around the area very easy. Cristina (the host) was very kind and helpful.

The walls are thin so if you have the bad luck of being there when a group of louder people is also staying in the property (or in the building next to it) you might have to endure through some noise. The street in front the building is relatively busy and thus noisy as well (especially early in the morning when trash is being collected). Unless you come from a noisy place, and you are used to it, chances are you won't be particularly comfortable with an open window/terrace door. The extra beds (foldable sofas) are not very comfortable, but they are also not terrible :)

Great location, has everything you need for a short stay

We liked how large the place and spacious the place. The place is a great place for those that have a car and can easily drive around the area. The place is also very modern and clean so it was a great starting point. Also, parking is for free!

The place was a bit difficult to find and it is also quite far from the city of Como. Luckily, we had a car so it was easier for us to navigate. There weren't a lot of basic things in the pantry (i.e. oil, sugar, salt, etc.).

Great hosts - Lovely check-in with lots of tips, we were able to communicate via SMS during our stay and were allowed a late checkout. Private parking, modern furnishing and everything we needed was in the kitchen.

Not much - Wifi was a bit spotty at times (due to the storm potentially) which made it hard to work. When the Wifi was working, it was perfect though.

Well maintained and sufficiently furnished apartments within walking distance to Lario commercial center, a supermarket, couple of restaurants, ship station Tavernola and boat rental center. There are parking spaces inside the courtyard which under normal circumstances should be enough for all the guests. The hostess, Cristina, is very kind and helpful. Cristina will keep contact with you on WhatsApp from one day before arrival until departure. Overall, we had a very nice experience and are glad for choosing Lake Home Holiday for our stay in Como.

On Booking website there is an error in description of the first floor apartments. The Apartment with Terrace has no terrace but a small balcony. The Apartment with Balcony has the terrace.

The apartment was very clean and there was also enough kitchen utensils to cook! We`ll come back :-)

We had the studio with my friend. We spent 7 nights in Lake Como. It was a lovely stay, comfy and clean. Cristina was always ready for anything that we asked for and she was very helpful. The property also had everything around within minutes. Shops, mall, petrol station, bus station, small bars for breakfast and coffee, banks which it was very nice to have all these things around at walking.

It’s 10 minutes away from the como centre which is not bad, but buses where passing every 30 minutes and sometimes every one hour. So car is a must!
