Lisa is the best! I was fortunate enough to be the first one to breakfast and enjoy great conversation and amazing breakfast. The rooms are clean and cozy.

Quiet with a view to green paddocks. The breakfast room had country style appeal with displays of china.Lisa was very friendly, with excellent local knowledge.

Our rooms were very comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful.

We were disappointed that trail rides are no longer offered. The website should be updated.

Breakfast was amazing. There are no words to describe how wonderful it was. Lisa was an excellent host. Friendly, helpful and available at all times. She made the whole experience very special for us.

The lady managing the accommodation was really welcoming. The room was spacious, the breakfast was wonderful. We had a lovely time there.

What was not to like! Fantastic host (and family - especially Luna). Amazing breakfasts - pancakes to die for! Cosy and very comfortable room/beds. Everything there that we needed. Apparently beds too comfy that 3 of us were snoring! 😴😴😴 Thank you for your hospitality Lisa xx

Lovely and homely, nice gardens, good size room (dbl & single), lots of room to put my stuff, shelves under tge windows for stuff, loved the floral toilet seat & the little floral trays in the bathroom with sh/cond etc and even toilet wipes. I was able to open the windows to let fresh air in, and my washing (hung up in the bathroom was dry the next morning with the breeze. I was on the 2nd floor and the main bedroom window had heavy block out curtains. I suggested a lace/net curtain as well, to give added privacy as people sitting outside could see in. I had to close the curtains and because they were heavy block out ones, I then had to turn on the light

Didn't have lace curtains on main upstairs window, coukd have also had one in the bathroom. I wanted fresh air but if anyone was in the garden, they were able to see into the bathroom. Free WIFI didn't work so I had to use my own data, but the lady said they were getting that boosted.

Host extremely helpful and friendly.Nothing was too much for our host. Room clean and well appointed. Lovely breakfast-Wonderful all round- "Was grand it was"

Absolutely terrific stay here for our family. We reserved all 4 rooms and had a lovely stay.

Lisa our host was absolutely excellent, she was so welcoming and helpful. The choice of hot drinks available was excellent. The breakfasts were excellent.

It was a little cold but so was the weather, and the bed was a little creaky but we were warm in bed and comfortable.

The breakfast exceeded all expectations . Ten times better than any hotel breakfast I have had. Perfection. Every detail was catered for. Highly highly recommend.
