Eurotel Baguio is walking distance to Burnham Park, UP Baguio, Convention Center and SM Baguio. It is only a few steps away from Good Taste Restaurant and Central Park Restaurant. We spent the New Year's Eve Countdown to watch the fireworks at Melvin Jones Grandstand which is near the hotel.

We were not able to avail the Eurotel Baguio promo upon check in.

I like the location coz it's near to all.

They are lack of staff they even watch us pushing the trolley by ourselves no one helped us. The TV doesn't even work even the plugs and some lights are not functioning. They even give us extra payment for requesting a blanket They even give us duvet not a blanket. The toilet was so dirty even the sink.

Comfort room need to be improve.. When you take a shower water go all through out the whole area of the bathroom.

CUSTOMER SERVICE! Staff were very prompt in addressing our concern/needs. Very strong water supply specially the hot water. Served good buffet breakfast.

Room maintenance is poor. Busted bulb, hair still on the floor after making up the room, Stained toilet ceiling. Cracked lavatory & toilet closet cover. Plus very high cabinet that u need to step on the chair in order 4u to hang your clothes & lastly no luggage rack considering that this is a business hotel. (I mention ALL of my observation based from the room I checked in for IMPROVEMENT purposes & not to critizise.

* check in took so long. * leaking water in the CR * you need to request at the front desk to clean up the room or else they will not clean. * they don't wash or replace the used cups and glasses unless you tell them so. * bed or foam is not comfortable * no comforters just thin sheet, if you need a thick blanket you need to pay for it per day. * elevator took too long to reach your floor

the location is good

facilitiy like internet says anywhere in the hotel, but there is no signal available. i checked in with other friend in 2 single bed but only 1 comforter was given to us. breakfast is free but food was not good only the staff are nice to approach .
