The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The place was also clean.
The place is a little far from the center so it was not very accessible especially on events like typhoons, no grab usually picks up.

We like the accommodation and also the served breakfast. Separate expense though it was good. And the view also in oir room.

Cheap prices
Upon arrival, we were asked of 1,500 deposit. No toiletries, We need to pay for everything, even for small small stuff like hit water for coffee, use of spoon & pork. Drinks are overpriced.

The breakfast was good. They followed the cooking instruction given to them.
The rooms located in front absorb sounds from passing vehicles, making it hard to sleep at night.

I like the house itself,from the lounge to the room we've stayed in. The interior design of the house is so nice. It was relaxing. The room is clean. There were two bathrooms , for the toilet and shower. We were 4 so we had a room with 2 beds. The staff was accommodating and friendly. You can feel nature is with you because they used wood materials for the tables and chairs. Very nature friendly. It is near the Botanical Garden,Burnham Park,SM city Baguio. We were not able to visit other tourist spots because it was raining hard but so far we enjoyed our 3 days stay in Baguio. If you are looking for a transient,I highly recommend this house if you are planning your travel in Baguio.

gated parking. online it says cash only but when I got to the location I was able to send money to a bank account
WiFi only in the lobby. I booked a family suite which was located in the bottom of the building. they charge for towels. parking is first come first serve luckily there was parking (two parking lots only). only 1 outlet in each room that has two sockets each room accommodate atleast 5-6 people. the living room had 3 outlets. deposit was kind of a lot 1,500.
